Kajuuu, once again I must thank Youuu,
for a most RAD article!!

Desperately seeking my Optimum Performance!!
Hoo hoo, where are youu?

I'll follow your advice and breathe deeply!
Better go searching for resources to win this game, before the complete meltdown :-O

Enjoy your posts sooo much!
:-)

Oh Pernilla, I haven't seen you here in a wee bit! I'm sooo glad this post came at the right time for you.

#3 Breathing deeply, inhaling and exhaling is the most important part, it distributes the proper oxygen to the brain and the nervous system for optimal performance. Also #2 "staying within yourself" meaning keeping it consistent within your current capabilities is essential.

Keep everything focused mind, body, and spirit within your capabilities and you will soar!

As long as I am here, you will never meltdown. You are one RAD performer, Pernilla!

Great post brother! Pressure busts pipes and makes diamonds!
I want diamonds!
Keeping it together when the pressures on is a huge factor! Congrats on your win!
Victory!
Marcus

Thank you brother! You are so right, performing under pressure is what separates the big dogs from the chihuahuas. You want diamonds, then you better learn to bust some pipes!

Keep on achieving and "bustin' those pipes", M!

I think #7 requires the most effort, even though it seems like the easiest. Doing the same thing over and over again requires a lot of discipline and commitment to the end goal. Often we just loose our focus and interest. I think choosing the right niche and having that passion for it is key.
Debbie

You are so right Debbie, Repeating the same action #7 until it becomes automatic can take a lot of time and discipline. Choosing a passionate niche is very important.

Numbers 2 and 3 are very important to do consistently to get you to #7!!

and have confidence in yourself.
Jerry

Very true Jerry, and thank you for your comment. This article already presumes we are performing confidently. Other articles I've written go into confidence in greater detail..

Kaju

This is a great post and I understand what you are said we need this to do our best at the most high performance to succeed.

Thank You Mary, just follow my 7 steps and apply it to any business and n time, you will indeed succeed!

You are very welcome I will do that thank you again, in fact, I wrote the seven steps down so I have them.

Great and good luck!

Thank you so much for the 7steps I really appreciate that.

PM me anytime if you need me.

What a fitting analogy to our WA game, Kaju. When starting off at WA, you certainly feel a bit like the underdog and it seems everybody else is far ahead in the game. Then it is important to follow your recommended 7 steps to catch up - and maybe eventually have your victory with a knockout punch. After all, the winners are happy to share their knockout strategies here.

True winners always share Sammy. That is what is so wonderful about our WA community - we are a large group who love to share our stories, or trials and our tribulations for the benefit of helping others achieve success.

Thank you for acknowledging how important it is to follow my 7 Steps. Being the underdog has its advantages, and when we are focused to perform at our optimum level, our privileges.

Just what I need to read this morning, thanks for the post.

Hi Don,

I'm glad this is just what the doctor ordered this morning for you. Hoping you are having a great day, and much success my friend!

Kaju

Nice post as always.
i need to read the blogs on our site to see if they measure up to these WA posts.

That would be a great idea Steven, please get back to me with your report. I would be really curious, but I would say there a handful here with an interesting and compelling writing style. My style is my style.

Report back to me within the next few days, and I will have a nice surprise waiting for you!

and you do have a style. but is it a good style. we'll see

big smile

Very nice thanks, it's a good Essa-Bagel style, even though it may not agree with you!

I got my coffee beans from McNultys yesterday so I'm happy. You know it's not just the bagel gotta get the Scottish smoked salmon and chive cream cheese from Zabars to make it right.

Absolutely!

Well done! I am happy for you and the team.

Thank You Happy, I appreciate it, and I'm sure you realize there is a much bigger lesson here. How we get our minds in the right frame to perform our best, all the time.

Thanks so much again Happy :) I have a new YouTube channel that's producing great content. Here's a great Tokyo story for you and the Efren match video play by play:)
