Talking Taiwan Podcast Reached 900 + Downloads in May

Ever since we relaunched our Talking Taiwan podcast a few months ago, we've been on a mission. And on a roll.

That mission is swifttly coming to fruition.

In May, we reached a new high of 907 downlaods- and we expect an even bigger month in June!

This has been the steady upward progression of the podcast:

March: 200 downloads

April: 786 downlaods

May: 907 downloads

Now these are the type of numbers that will get you excited, friends!

We are now on 40+ podcast platforms, including the Big 4: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and Stiticher.

New Exciting Ways to Create Content

On Monday, we interviewed the English announcer for Taiwan baseball Richard Wang, who recently caught unexpected worldwide fame as the first LIVE professional sports to play in the world since the Covid-19 lockdowns began.

The league also became famous for its life-size cardboard cutout "fands" in the stands, and for the "drumming" robots in between innings.

Back in April, we intervewed a New York Times best selling author.

I'm really proud that we've created a podcast that people are tuning in to!
Now we are getting ready to monetize it.

Consistent high quality content, finding engaging guests to inteview on interesting topics, having a great host who delivers honest and thoughtful questions, and plain hard work has brought us from 200 downloads in March to 907 podcast downlaods in less than 3 months.

As I stated in my last post, podcasting is the the new blogging.

There has never been a better time to start a podcast.
