Here we are at the first NYC AirBNB Experiences Host meetup, it happened last night and it was Awesome!

As you already know, I run AirBnB tours that give out-of-town tourists who are visiting The Big Apple from all-around the world a fun and unique experience while at the same time promoting my karaoke tour business.

Each of us are independent entrepreneurs that run our own unique business through AirBnB.

Oops! They caught me taking a selfie!

These tours in turn and in time will help us grow our Karaoke Pub Crawl brand, and all of its associated properties including its ever-growing fan base of followers, it’s You Tube channel and all of its social media.

I’m very proud to be part of this small specialized highly creative and eclectic group of tour entrepreneurs. We are truly a special group.

From Pizza to Street Art Walking Tours

This guy takes people around the city on a pizza tour, in the city where pizza is famous. The young woman above on the botton right specializes in making special hand-made soaps and runs a workshop teaching others how to create them from scratch.

Our own fearless AirBnB group leader (upper center) gives walking tours of NYC Street Art..

The guy on the upper right with the big happy smile does Bike Tours through Central Park. The guy on the lower right I believe does a restaurant tour through upper Manhattan, which are primarily the Fort Wasington and Inwood neighborhoods.

This amazing lady (photo: below) flew into NYC to talk about how she became the #1 AirBnB experience tour operator in Nashville by giving walk-info photo tours in the Gulch. She is booked everyday solid through the end of the year, and has so much work she needs a co-host. (see below)

It was truly an eye-opener.

We are all allies and are here to support each other’s work, and discuss new ways that we can improve our clients’ experiences while steadily increasing our bookings.

AirBnB Experiences are happening in major cities all around the world.

This is exemplary of the type of selfless donation of value, teamwork, and camaraderie that we share here at Wealthy Affiliate that will enable those who really aim to take action in scaling up their businesses.

From one great community to another.

Cheers,

Kaju

“My Trip to Bora Bora” no doubt is my most elaborate work to date. The title should be self-explanatory.

Take a trip with me and Cherokee to paradise, our ultimate South Pacific vacation. Meet Puffer the Blowfish, Pepsi the Dog, and our other Special Friends we met along the way on our once-in-a-lifetime trip to French Polynesia. Now captured on video.

http://bit.ly/2OUnrLq

Check out the sequence of 26 still images from our trip synchronized perfectly with the background music track. This was extremely challenging but I pulled it off.

This original work is dedicated to Cherokee, who starred in this video – she is my ex-partner who passed away in 2016. I will forever hold you in my heart, Cherokee, and I know you have ascended to a better place.

Grateful that we once shared a life together. One day we will meet again.

Thank You,
Kaju

Note: There are no actors here in this video. They are all Real people and living things.

A bittersweet tribute to a loved one who will always be remembered. And loved. Through time immemorial.

Sounds AWESOME, Kaju!

No problem, Kaju!

Yeah, sounds smashing!

Probably won't be for a while yet. But when the times comes... :)

Sounds phenomenal, look me up Neil I will be here giving tours!

Really great!!!!
It seems to be a beautiful, very cosmopolitan and super positive tribe. It is so much more pleasant to be able to meet and give advice and anecdotes about your own experiences. I am sure it gave you even more strength and the desire to continue and develop. It's great to see that everything is going so positively for you. It also gives me strength to move forward and continue because the price is really rewarding at the end.

Friendly!
Ingrid

Yes Ingrid, the price is REALLY SOO Rewarding, after such a positive experience! You are right, we are a very creative, eclectic and super positive tribe!! Such a great and supportive group of people our AirBnB NYC Cosmo Tribe happens to be!

Thanks for your great support, I KNOW you will find your supportive tribe that will give you Super Human strength and take you to Amazing Success....The price is worth everything!!!

Kaju

Ingrid, I am sure these wonderful groups are happening in a major city near where you live. These AirBnB Experiences are BIG in major cities in Europe:) I hope you can find one, if that's something you'd be interested in the future:)

Have a Great Day!
Kaju

Hey Kaju,

Ahhhh... I forgot you do Airbnb tours in NYC. I'm sorry...

Interesting article. It so happens I'm hosting my house in Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos Islands to guest renters. I'm doing quite well on it. My house is still up for sale but I decided it needed to be lived in and making some rent money on it was a great idea.

I have it on Booking.com but they're not so accommodating ... i.e. I have to collect the money from the guests when they arrive and sadly, I'm not living on the island anymore.

Airbnb is excellent. They collect the money from my guest and only take 3% commission and the balance, they actually deposit to my account in Turks & Caicos. Booking.com takes 12 to 15% commission.

I'm really glad to hear you're doing so well in being an Airbnb host and karaoke tour business... that's a cool niche!!

Congratulations on your First Airbnb Experiences Host Meetup!
Sure sounds like FUN and the best part is, you're loving it all!!

Thank you for sharing your story 🙏and have a Blessed weekend Kaju!

Monica

Wonderful to hear from you Monica, its been quite awhile.

I am truly ecstatic that you are renting your Turks and Caicos home through AirBnB and making some good passive income from it - Way to Go!

Yes, I remember when you were trying to sell the house and having trouble. Thanks for letting me know that AirBnB only takes a 3% commission, that's awesome! That was a Great Move you made!!

These Experience tours are gonna grow, and they are growing in cities all over the world. I am sure they even have AirBnB experience tours in Alberta Canada. The key is to find an experience that is unique and something that out-of-town visitors really would want to do.

Why don't you start a unique Diving Experience in Canada and also in Turks and Caicos? For the latter, you can have a Co-Host do most of it for you, and you can show up there periodically to do Special Tours while you do the lion's share of them in Canada,

Just my 2 cents, there is a vetting process to go though, but if you are an expert st something its a great business.:)

Cheers,
Kaju

Hi Kaju,

Interesting... I'll have to put my "thinking hat" on. Ummm..

Banff, Alberta is about 2 1/2 hours away and lots of tourists from all over the world come.

I'll definitely look into this for sure... I'm kinda stuck with the family business thing at the moment and still want to get my house sold in the Caribbean. I have no idea where I'm going at the moment other than I know I'm itching to flap my wings again. Lol... no idea where I wanna live other than I want ocean again. I think I'll just take off sometime in the spring and go diving to Kona, Hawaii, some night dives there.

Yarrggg, I need a drink to mull all this... 🍺

I'll take a look at Airbnb and see what people offer for experiences and adventures.

Thank you Kaju... I admire your courage in just going out and doing things and following your passions.

Monica

Wonderful Monica, keep me posted on how things go and don't be a stranger!

Are you coming back to the SAC?

Yes, most definitely I'm coming back to the SAC.

My friend Donna just accepted an offer on her house today ( she's living with her boyfriend) so I don't need to stick around and look after it for her.

I think I already found a place to stay 🙏 and so I'm looking forward to moving. I've had my stuff packed for months. It's only temporary. Once my house in the Caribbean sells, I will up and go somewhere... want to travel and dive more. I'll also hire a writer for either my dive site or my site promoting WA.

Once I get settled in, in answer to your question, yes I'll be back aggressively on the SAC and also work on getting my mojo back in gear.

The family business, well... that will be ongoing for years. I sold my shares in it years ago and I'm going to be back with share again (not at my expenses)... ex-partners like myself and my step-kids are taking 51% control in the construction business. Arrrggg, so much for retirement! I know lots on the financial side...

Thank goodness, I have God on my side and my Bootcamp workouts are all keeping me reasonably sane.

How are you doing on your SAC? I'm actually thinking of starting the SAC training from the start. I don't know if that's a great idea. What do you think?

Your suggestions would be great on how to get my mojo back again. It's taking me at least a month to publish my article. Before I was publishing 2 to 3 a week.

Thanks for listening Kaju...

Have a Blessed Sunday.
Monica

Monica, I think its a GREAT idea to start the SAC training from the start (meaning the 2019-2020 training from Lesson 1).

You will already be familiar with all the concepts, and you will breeze through the first 3-4 lessons. This comprehensive review will also reinforce your knowledge and you will have even better command over the material.

You really lead such an interesting and great life, and I am jealous (in a good way) of all you have going for you, Monica:)

Your Friend,
Kaju

Your input here means a lot to me. You're the first person I asked in the community. What you just said here makes perfect sense.

Now... once I move to a temporary home. I'll be more focused and start over. I really look forward to getting my mojo back. 😁

I'm sure everything will come together again according to God's plan.

Thank you for being my friend Kaju!

Yes it will Monica. Most definitely.
I truly appreciate your friendship:)

Many congrats!

Thanks so much Latin Nomad, come visit us in NYC and look us up!

Hi Latin Nomad,

If you are interested, I would recommend subscribing to my YT channel, so you can view my latest AirBnB events. http://bit.ly/2T21P2N

Many of my AirBnB events will become future You Tube episodes on my KPC channel. If you have a channel I will also sub yours in return, or if you currently don't I can help you start one later. Our first episode was a hit in Tokyo called "Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo." And we also have a Christmas episode, as well as fun different playlists on "How to" topics and "Pool-Oke". Highly entertaining.

So please go ahead and click the link above to subscribe:)
