Great letter, Kaju - polite and straight forward, just the right tone.
How many of these letters did you send out and what was the response rate?
Great question Sammy, I would say the response rate was about 70% and more than 80% of who responded wrote a 5-star review.
I wrote a similar letter a few years ago to my Gigmasters clients when I posted a profile page to another site. People really do come through when you leave them with a great impression!
That's wonderful Hal, it sure does work when you have very happy past clients. I find that most people are willing (and want to) help you if did a really good job!

I DO remember putting my foot in my mouth, but hardly remember landing on my back - except that da big dude grabbed my leg while I was playing the guitar on my back!
Have you been on the clown juice again, do I need to take you by the hand and personally show you where you wrote that you had slipped OR did you just that in for good measure lol. xxx
See, I was right again. You slipped and fell flat on your back while pretending to still play the guitar. I do read your stories you know lol. xxx
I think you were pretending and making it look real but it you had hit your head and forgot, what did you forget, how to play guitar so you had to look like you were playing it because you didn't want to cry after banging your head lol. xxx
