Live Chat Red Flag?
This was strange, even though I admit that I am not the most active member here in Live Chat.
But this is something I don't ever remember seeing.
It caught my attention, and made me NOT want to answer this person's comment.
After I responded to the person's first Live Chat comment, for the first time next to their 2nd response I could see a circled RED ARROW.
The Red Arrow immediately alerted me to a potential threat.
You also have to understand, I'm just being a bit more suspicious than usual lately, since my computer was recently loaded with maleware I had to purge from my recent "Popups and Promotions" post.
What can this RED CIRCLED ARROW in Live Chat be?
Is it anything we should be concerned about?

That just means you missed the message and it's brought on usually when in the site content.
I am in site content so much that I rarely stay put in live chat more than a minute or so to wait on replies.
So, it's pretty basic. Green means unanswered question and red means you have a message while you were away from the live chat area.
Now that is a cool feature i have not seen it myself but i can see the benefit as i am somewhere on wa myself when in live chat

I think it is new. It means the person is responding or waiting for a response or something like that. This is what I was told the other night when I was on live chat.
Or it could mean big brother is watching you. LOL NOT!

He Kaju, I have a channel, it is dormant since nov. But I have started a new one on DNA testing for weight loss. I will send that one in the next couple of days. I will subscribe as I know how hard it is to get followers on youtube.

I have not encountered this arrow myself. If you hover your mouse over it does it give you any info?
Just guessing here, but maybe it means that others in chat have alerted the system to a possible spammer? That would seem to make the most sense.

This would be REALLY helpful information to confirm if what you say is true TechHound. Then we could avert those spammer's comments. And even report them.

Eric answered it for you.
It is just a notification of a pending reply in live chat.
It's a great way to be notified so you don't miss any replies.
That's all it is.
Like Eric says if we don't want to hang around on live chat waiting for a reply and we need to do other stuff in W.A. it's just a way of letting us know. So we can get on doing other stuff.
