Meet Jon Harari, who hosted this Tuesday night standing room only late summer party in the Big Apple we were invited to.
He is a highly successful business entrepreneur and the owner of Windows Wear, a company he founded in 2012 whom for a $30 per two-hour fee will take you on a "window shopping" walking tour of NYC’s and other prominent world cities’ high end retail shops, as you are accompanied by special “window shopping guides.”
Windows Wear gives a walking tour experience of New York’s most beautiful retail windows such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and many more. It appeals to a wide diversity of people interested in fashion, business, history, and culture.
Walkie-talkies are provided to larger group walking tours so they can communicate to each other while they are viewing different window displays.
Here is how Windows Wears describes its business on their website:
“Experience the most artistic, fun, and entertaining windows in the world. Join us for a 2-hour walking tour of the world's premier fashion districts and experience the most famous fashion brands and department stores.........”
They have received a 5-star review from Trip Advisor and many other noteworthy publications.
Harari throws a great SUMMER party, but this was an even better business networking event. We were invited and so were many of the fashionistas from around the city.
And best of all, you may have guessed it- I found some more fantastic niches!!

Reading this I would love to go on a shopping tour but am afraid that those type of shops are above my budget.

The beautiful thing is Taetske, you don't have to buy anything!!
This is a window shopping tour, something this gentlemen is successful doing and gets paid for but also something ANYONE can do by themselves.
His business is also doing this in Milan, and other European cities. Who knows, he may be coming to Madrid and Barcelona soon.
It's amazing what people can do when they are creative to make money!

Wonderful tour Tammi, he tells you how they the store came up with the window concepts and where the celebrities are shopping.
Fashion is an awesome niche, no doubt but terribly competitive and saturated in NYC Tammi.
How about getting more specific?
How about "couture Doggy Fashion" or haute fashion for handicapped people." Google great keywords, let your ideas flow. and get creative. See were there is demand an also low competition.
There is a definite niche waiting for you...and hopefully a kiss waiting for me!!
