How WA Training Payments Work

Ladies and Gents, it's been a exciting week between working on SAC assignments and some other plesantly surprising news.

First I will inform you of the latter: the pleasantly surprising news (I will save the former for May 20th).

Thanks to LaKisha's (Lakbar12) recent excellent post, my evergreen training "Turbo Charge your Site Speed" has been given an extra boost and seen by many more people!

Turbo Charge Your Site Speed

As you can see, this is my first WA training that has ever entered Level 3, which in itself is a rare feat at WA:

This proves that even if your WA training was dormant for any long period, your WA training credits can go up a level at anytime.

Even after one year, or several years here at WA.

How Do The WA Training Payouts Work?

This brings me to a topic that I realize has never been clearly explained in any formal manner here by the WA Founders - how the WA training payments work.

So I thought I would use this oportunity to explian.

And then you can make an informed decision whether you want to publish training here or not.

Here are the WA Training Payment Levels:

Level 1 = 10 credits = $5

Level 2 = 20 credits = $10

Level 3 = 30 credits = $15

Level 4 = 40 credits = $20

Level 5 = 50 credits = $25

For example, if you were to complete Level 5 (very few have ever achieved this!) you would be paid separate commissions for each new higher level you achieved.

Therefore, if you were to complete Level 5 training, your total aggregate commission payout for a single WA training would be:

$5 + $10 + $15 + $20 + $25 = $75

This $75 aggregate WA commission could take many months (or even years) to earn!

It looks like I will be getting an additional $10 commission payout for completing Level 2 (20 credits) and making it to Level 3. (I was previously paid a $5 commission.).

Thus my total commssion payout for this one WA training (since it was published) is: :

Level 1 (10 credits) + Level 2 (20 credits) = $5 + $10 = $15

Once I complete Level 3, and make it to Level 4 I will be paid an additional $15.

Don't Create WA Training for the Money

Granted, the commissions are hardly ANY money at all, but think of it this way:

If you know something you can share that others don't - and especially if you learned how to accomplish something in your own novel way - why not share it with the community?

You are helping MANY WA members here in the process with your original WA training.

Unfortunately, (and forgive me for being somewhat cynical here, but I see this clear as day all the time) I know that most people do not want to share something proprietary and valuable with the community because they want to keep it a trade secret, so they can maintain "an edge".

But we should be BETTER than that.

After all, we are a pay-it-forward community!

Not only this, but it is extremely rare these days that ANYTHING is proprietary.

The truth is all knowledge we gain is an amalgamation of what we assimilate from other sources -it is only that our most creative members have found a new way to communicate the material and "package" that infomation in a novel way that makes it extremely useful to the community!

Therefore, embrace helping others unconditionally.

The act of sharing something of value in itself should make us feel good.

And as a result, it can give us a nice personal boost.
I know it does for me.

Knowing this for the future, the decision as to whether to create WA training is entirely up to you.

This is great info, Kaju, especially as Kyle and Carson have not passed it on formally. This is most likely related to the very valuable point you made that trainings should be created with a pay it forward spirit and not for the money. A small minority may be tempted by the latter, which would not only devalue the training creation facility, but flood the system with duplicate content from a few looking to make a quick buck.
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers
Rich 😃

Thank You Rich, you are right I believe this was Kyle and Carson's intention. The few who have done the latter didn't get very far, as their training credits weren't approved. Heard the stories.

My pleasure, have a great week:)
Kaju

My pleasure Pastor. Now back to my writing!

Thanks for sharing, Kaju. My blog post is a bit old now and probably hard to find.

Training is never old Marion.
Your support always appears handy through your training - whenever I have a doubt.

Thanks for the great support you provide to us at WA.

Warm Regards,
Gaurav Gaur

Thank You Marion. The way I learned this originally was through your training and Loes, and through answers from my question posts.

And then simply by publishing training here at WA:)

Indubitably:)

Thanks a lot for another impressive pile of valuable and motivational information, Kaju!

All the best!

Bob

Glad you found this information valuable, Thanks Bob!

Great article. I wondered what the training was all about. You have opened the door. I don't feel knowledgeable to do any training yet but hope on day I will help someone out there.

Thanks for sharing.

Wanda

Excellent Wanda, when you are confident don't be shy to help others here at WA. Your training can be vary valuable:)

Kaju

Thanks for the post, Kaju. I agree, that if we have some helpful info that all would benefit from, we should share it.

I've starred your "speed training" and will try to do it if I get a bit of extra time (lol!). It looks like the real deal.

Yes it is , that's what I've been told (lol!)
Thanks Fran, appreciate it, and see you on the 20th!

Kaju

This is great info to learn reading this post thanks for sharing

Nice to see you Juanster, been a long time! Than You glad this was clear!

I always wanted to know this Kaju! Thanks for presenting this clearly.

I thought you knew Tiffany! But yeah, Thanks I'm glad I could share and inform something clearly

Had no idea. I just decided to start without knowing because I value the relationships here.

That's a good reason in itself!

It's sincere. I thought about my financial statement and intellectual property for a while. Then, I said, "forget it. I love this community. It's not only about that."
