How Referrals Signup in 15 seconds!
This is truly mind-blowing!
In light of my recent success signing up 6 premium referrals by only blogging in a New York minute, I was really curious how the heck this was happening.
What algorithms were going on “underneath the hood” at WA that could make this possible?
Well, tonight I did an incognito search experiment and believe I found my answer.
What you are about to see will knock you off your chair!
Kyle and Carson are Geniuses
Kyle and Carson are geniuses. Here in WA they have created a sign-up membership site that has no stone left unturned!
So I decided to make believe I was a regular “Joe” with only basic internet skills - like doing a quick search on Google - and reverse engineer the entire process.
Let’s call my alter ego “My Mystery Joe.”
Remember there are over 2.4 billion+ people out there online surfing the internet searching for articles and things they want to read through Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, and all different types of social media.
My Mystery Joe
Making believe “I” was a total beginner, I opened up Google search (through an incognito search) and simply typed in the first and most basic phrase that came to mind on a topic.
This now brought my “My Mystery Joe” doppelganger to Google Page 1, where one of my (now that’s the REAL me) cool WA blog posts just “happened” to be living. “My Mystery Joe” happened to like the title, and clicked on my post link.
Mind you, until now this entire process has taken “Mystery Joe” less than 3 minutes to do.
Let’s continue. So clicking on the link, here is what “Joe” got:
And within 15 seconds give or take a few fractions (14.90 sec) here is the WA Signup window that popped up, you can see the timer on my phone in the foreground as proof!
Testing the Theory
Now what if “My Mystery Joe” clicked on the “x”?
And decided to search elsewhere?
To further shed some light testing my theory, while still in incognito on my “WA Mystery Solved” post page,
I clicked on one of my other recent posts in the far right-hand column.
Again, right on cue that SAME WA pop-up window appeared within 15.36 seconds!
Soon I clicked around everywhere, and I discovered no matter where I clicked, that same WA pop-up appeared within 15 seconds.
Once I decided to fill in my email, name, username, created a password and clicked “Go To My Account Now”, it was a matter of only minutes before “I” became a FREE Member!!
So YES, you guessed it - I now have created a “dummy” test account here that I will continue using to check out my theories.
Now you may wonder, ”C’mon, does Kaju think we are idiots?
What about all the missing information he left out in-between?
How long did it take for “Mystery Joe” to sign up?
How did “Joe” first find MY post?
What keywords did “Joe” use?
How long did it take Joe to sign up as a Free Member, and what were the steps?
How was Joe so quickly sold into becoming a premium member?
A-Ha!! So you wanna know all my secrets, eh??
Well, I do believe you understand Ladies and Gents, I can’t give everything away, but just wanted to tell you here that I now understand the process from the outsider’s perspective how these premium signups happen.
And the more we can understand from an outsider’s perspective how this occurs, the more effective changes we can make inside the platform to our profiles and with the use of our tools to enhance the visitor’s experience.
Getting referrals is ALL about demonstrating value and optimizing the visitor’s experience.
Still for a beginner like “Mystery Joe” to take their time and have the patience to “go through all the steps” for a WA free signup – let alone a premium signup - boggles my mind!
Remember the bottom line is there still must be something helpful, interesting, or compelling and of VALUE in YOUR content to keep someone’s interest to stay that long.
Otherwise, you can kiss your chance of premium signups “Goodbye!”

I think we all miss the fact that our WA blog posts and trainings come up in people’s search results and so we will get sign ups that never even see our website designed to attract new members. Our WA blogs and what we write on here is vital to our success.

What we forget Karen or tend to overlook is that we are on a high authority site. WA has supreme authority. So we have a great opportunity to be using WA traffic to get premium referrals.
