As you think, so shall you become? It explains why my mind is such a mess and why I have difficulties focusing on what I do. It has always been that way though. I wonder how I can organise my thoughts and start thinking of how to really succeed.

Hey Jojo, just relaxing and breathing worked for me. If you are 'trying' all the time, you are thinking too much. Just breathe, relax and 'feel.'

I agree if we fall into a dark hole, it can be a struggle Jojo. This includes all of us.
Know that as we become our thoughts, we can just as quickly undo the mess, and flip out thoughts to positive outcomes. That requires changing a habit.
Start implementing small. Piece by piece you can turn everything around.
You will find your way.

Breathing is essential.
I also practice daily meditation, as I recently discovered Qigong. It has worked wonders in every way. Moving Meditation, A Ritual for Health and Success
Awesome post. I too get side tracked so easily and will read comments and answer them or comment on them. But what I need to be doing is my training and getting my website up and running.
However in saying this..... I learn so much from reading peoples comments and posts that I feel this is also part of my training. I call this my balance in WA

I too spend hours in Wa helping people and I love doing this too, however, I also have goals and plans and I need to remain focused on where I am heading as you do also.
Today I looked at my goals and I am on target but I must remain on target and not be the singer without her own song :)
