Your Attitude When Writing
What is your attitude when writing? Is a positive attitude? Is it a negative attitude? Is it an attitude of I have to get this done now? Is it an attitude of resignation? Is it an attitude of joy?
These are all things we must think about when we start to write our pages our posts or just to communicate with someone else. The attitude we are in will tell us so much about how our audience is going to respond to our efforts on our sites. If you have an all business attitude when doing your post/page then your audience may think that you are being pushy. You may not realize that you are doing this so you may want to ask someone to look at your work unless it is of a personal nature.
Think of the ship above and realize that you are at the beginning of a voyage that may last a few hours, a few days, a few months or even years. The attitude of the people on the voyage will be different for each of them. In their situation, someone with a bad attitude can be the difference between life and death literally. What is our attitude here at WA. I like to think that we have not only the best community, the best educational opportunity but the best people. We each try to support and give encouragement to one another in our own way. This is a way of life for us to "pay it forward" and that shall always be the way for us to be. We are part of a larger mindset where we want others to succeed as much as we want to succeed for ourselves.
This is the way we should feel on our journey here at WA and about our writing. We may not see the final destination at the moment. We should look at our path and our writing as something special and wondrous and exciting. We may not know where the next word is coming from but we know that it will be exciting. We know that there are others who may be on the same journey as ourselves but their journey is every bit as exciting as ours.
Again, I ask you, what is your attitude when writing a post/page or for yourself?

Somebody said something like:"Don't write when you can restrain from writing". I think it's a great attitude.Good writing always goes from inside of you. :)
I have found that if I write when my attitude is bad then my writing is bad. Thanks for the quote.

My attitude usually depends on my mood at the time. But if it's a bad one, this will reflect in my writing. I normally end up re-writing parts of it when my mood is better :)
