The Tools We Have

What are some of the tools we have here at Wealthy Affiliate that are not INCLUDED in the price some other companies charge?

1. website hosting
2. tech support
3. templates for writing our blogs
4. plugins
5. SEO
6. website themes
7. online certification
8. website hosting
9. mentoring
10. community support

These are but a few of the tools offered at no additional charge after you pay your monthly or annual premium. Other companies charge for each of these tools and own the domain name. I mention all of these because other companies are coming after affiliate marketers offering them an all in one package that does not include any of the above mentioned tools and they retain all rights to the website.

Why Does That Matter ?

Why does that matter to you or to me? It matters since we have a great community here that supports one another and often brainstorms when a member has a question or is having difficultly understanding some of the material that is presented. Often times, a new member may not understand what is taught in the classroom, myself included, and needs some clarification on some of the finer details. We as a community will try to find answers for that individual so that it makes sense or someone will take a member under their wing so to speak and mentor that individual until they are confident enough to make a go of it by themselves.

It matters when you have everything you need under one umbrella. When everything is included, you have the ability to make your own way at your own pace without having to worry about how you are going to pay for it. Other companies charge for each of the items listed above with the promise of quick returns but you have no ownership of anything, not even the name.

Shiny Objects

Our competitors will often claim that you can have a quick turnaround on your investment, beware, that may not be the case. They often forget to mention that it will take weeks, months or even years to see any return on your investment. It is an investment since you are investing in your future and the future of your loved ones. You will have to put in many long hours, days, weeks, months, etc.. Success does not come overnight, in fact it may take years. We have many members here that tell about their successes, but they also tell you of their failures. One common trait they have is they all had to put in the time and effort to see any positive results. Most are willing to help when they can, they are busy people as well and may not always respond to you on your schedule but when they can take time away from their business to help you.

We have all seen our share of shiny objects that just take our money and spirit as well as our time. They for the most part do not deliver on the promise they make to you and anyone else that will listen to their line. If you start to question them about what they have to offer they will pass you on to someone else who will try a different way to convince you that what they offer is a valid opportunity. If they will not answer you directly be very cautious about doing any business with them. Wealthy Affiliate is up front about everything they offer and will give you all the support you could ask for.

I have seen my share of shiny objects and have come to the conclusion that while they may be pretty and seem to offer value they are void of what I would like. They offer no ability to grow and certainly no ownership of what I produce.
