Oh Happy Day
I had a very welcome surprise on Monday and again today. On Monday, I had a review I had recently written and today I found that I have over 2600 followers.
The review was a little late being written because of my own procrastination. It received high marks from Google and from the restaurant I was reviewing. The restaurant put it on their Facebook page. That was unexpected but welcomed.
Surprise
I knew I had several followers but was shocked to see how many people were following me. This leads me to believe what Kyle and Carson say whenever I get an email from someone with a blog inside the community. The more you respond to people the more people you will touch. I try to be a good example to others. I try to give the best advice I can. If I do not have an answer, I will find one. That is what we are to do as a community.
This is an awesome communinty and I want to help keep it that way. We can soar to the highest points with help from others here at WA.
Keep striving to reach your goal. It may not happen today or tomorrow but as long as you are making an honest effort. If any of you need assistance I will certainly do my best to help.
We all learn from each other either in the forum or in live chat.
Goals
My next goal is to reach the top 100 and to become an ambassador. I should already have achieved those two goals but because of my fear that has not yet happened.
I used to think that all of the positive I was reading was just garbage from people trying to promote the site that I failed to see they were being honest with the community and with me. I was all about making money and failed to realize that I was the one who was missing the point.
Self Awareness
Some would say that in one respect today I had an a moment of clarity and saw beyond myself. That not only was I capable of helping someone reach their dreams but I would be able to reach my dreams as well.
A moment to total honesty. I had been kicked in the teeth most of my life and did not feel that I was worthy of being successful that was reserved for others. I now realize that I am just as worthy as anyone else.
I apologize if this seems like a rant.

I so enjoyed reading your post! Your words of encouragement and describing 'not feeling worthy of success' actually applies to so many of us. I have read where this feeling is also the result of what some spiritualists would call "unnatural guilt" and that success is actually our natural state - we just need to be reminded of it.
Yes, YOU, ME, EVERYONE here is very much deserving of success and focusing on that thought, as well as what is taught here, we will also come to realize success is the only thing we can do!

I was pretty much beaten down for most of my life and received little encouragement. I knew I could do better and decided that I could and would. I encourage everyone to stay focused on their dream and make plans to accomplish their dream. Set realistic goals and thank God every day for what you have been given.

Thank you. It is sometimes necessary to be honest with yourself and others. It is brutal sometimes but the rewards are worth it.

Things happen for a reason. Maybe you procrastinated just long enough for things to fall into place. Never beat yourself up over a delay.
As for being worthy of being successful. Well the only person to determine that worth is you. Until you have faith in yourself no one else can either.

We are definitely worthy of success.
I let my goals be bigger than I could reach and then almost quit.
I gave myself permission to take a breather to re-charge and stop comparing myself to others and be content with my own pace.
My goals are to be ambassador as well. However if I'm not willing to help, I won't get there.
I need to take care of my needs so I can help others.
If I'm doing something successful it is easier to share that with others.
I had to get back to basics and concentrate on my lessons.
