Hi Jerry,
Have you checked the plugin website for information on how to use the plugin? A simple Google search should uncover the website for you or you could try "how to use [plugin name]".
If it still doesn't work then it could be a conflict with other plugins on your website, but you are likely to find a solution on the plugin website itself.

Having a hard time getting the web page to work for me.
After you install it, you have to remember to activate it on the themes page. Have you done it?
Yes, it seems to leave the picture from the old theme. I know it something I am not doing, this is quite new to me.

Yes, I can see your website with a theme applied, but can't be sure that it's the correct one or not. Have you tried taking a look at it in another computer? Maybe it's just cache.
Ah! Wait! Are you talking about the picture on the top? If that's it, doesn't matter which theme you use, the'll look the same. This picture is actually on your website. You can change it whenever you want. Just go on appearance, themes, config (or customise). It may be a bit different from theme to theme.

I have been logging in from the email you sent me
Kyle , the Gravatar system is still now accepting my email when trying to make comments on WA community members websites. This is very frustrating because I have thoroughly reviewed 3 websites and can not submit my analysis. Do you have to complete your own personal website to be recognized and accepted by Gravatar and link with Word Press?

I took a chance and joined WA and the system then recognized my email and let me in, this is great as I wanted to learn about online marketing and I think this is the place.

Which system doesn't recognize your email address, when you are doing what?
When I go to log in with the email address it tells me the password is incorrect, then I tried the "recover password" it tells me that email is not recognized. So, tried to create a new account and it tells me that is already in use? I now log in from the email I got which has a link on it so when I click on the link it takes me right to my account. What I am trying to do is bring up my account on a laptop; that is why I need to figure this out.
Wow, this is weird.
Could be just a wrong spelling. Did you try again to recover the password and made sure you spelled everything correctly?
Can you access your emails on your laptop?
This way you could access WA there, too.
The only other way would be to write Kyle or the support to check your account.
I tried to "Forgot your password" and it says "We were unable to find a user account with the credentials provided".
