Yes, Jerry! We would love to have a training/tutorial on this subject. We are not ready to hire someone right now, but our goal is to have 4 or 5 websites in the future and we would definitely need to hire a writer before that.

When you say $400/month, how many articles/words is it? Currently I pay around $150 for 4 1000-word articles (though I still do edit them here and there).

I'm not outsourcing on a freelance basis. I'm hiring the writer on a full-time basis. So I can let him write as many or as few posts I want. The length I can decide also.
For me, I ask my writer to write 5 posts per week. Monday to Friday and let him rest on weekends. Each post is around 1500 to 2000 words or more. Fully flexible. I ask him to focus on content and not the word count which most freelance writers are very concerned about.
Oh wow, that's definitely a good approach. And 5 posts a week, that's a pretty serious workload, so I'd say $400/month is pretty cheap (no?). Thanks Jerry, looking forward to the training.

Let me just quickly share with you the concept...
$400/month to me is really cheap to have a writer writing so much content for my site.
But I'm hiring writer from Philippines and $400/month for them is a good salary for a living. (Average salaries and cost of living in Philippines and those nearby countries are pretty low as compared to more developed countries).
So, it's a win-win situation :)

Ah, now it makes sense! Because there's no way Americans/Canadians will survive on $400 a month. (In Toronto the apartment rent alone it more than 3x that amount).

writing is a heavy weight that anyone would want to outsource, if you like spending +10 hours a day writing your whole life then you're a psycho lol.

The initial training phase was one week. But training is a continuous process. I'm still constantly giving him feedback on how to improve the articles.

I'm using Chrome on my new Macbook Pro. I wanted to view my list of referrals on my referrals page. But it just couldn't load the entire
As an IT person this is one issue i can not solve. At my work I would have said straight that I can not solve this.
Hi Jerry, don't know what's happening with your Chrome. It is not one of my favorite browsers. Opera seems to be consistent with me.
Sometimes this happens in FireFox, sometimes in Chrome, it's some kind of cache issue.

The information I always got is that they can join directly as P

Hi Jerry i have also had about two people from Nigeria say the same thing about not being able to join, and i was informed Nigeria is totally band from WA. They cant even have access to premium. I dont really know how true this is though.

I'm also from an excluded country and I was not given the chance for the first month discount. Maybe he could try signing up as a free member. Once signed up, he won't be able to access anything, He can upgrade from there but this would cost the regular monthly fee.

Thanks for sharing. But that person has tried signing up as a Free Starter member and wasn't successful, that's why I provided the Premium membership link which should solve the problem.
But in the end, got the same error message.
This is an interesting discussion. I suspect that the answer from CalvinC is on the right track and there is a problem with the stated location (Nigeria) and the perceived location from the IP address.
I will be very interested to know the answer to this question. I would also like to know if it applies to the other locations where free membership is not offered.

Maybe the IP Address they're using doesn't correspond to Nigeria.
I think a lot of websites use the IP address to locate the country if it sees it doesn't match the country or region, perhaps it deduces it's an error.
You should PM Kyle or Carson, you will get an answer faster.
Perhaps contacting Carson is a better idea as Carson probably receives fewer messages than Kyle and he's the technician.

But get a second opinion from others.
Surely for the fraud of only one Nigerian hacker, millions of innocent others' images have been tanished almost internationally. Even that other matter of suspending most Africans from recieving payment through Paypal also came out of that same bad behavior of one African fellow.
I plead for mercy, for I have so many honest and evil hating Nigerian friends!

I remember Jay taught in his Live training that we should only point internal link from a newer post to an older post.
For example, you've published post A yesterday and
I was thinking you could post both ways but after reading your post, I started doubting myself. I read the other members replies and it sounds like I was on target.
I was thinking it's fine to have internal links in both ways as long as they're relevant. But I just want to confirm. Seems like many people are doing it :)
Actually why not? I have a big post - review with several items reviewed on it, I have it internal linked to the individual review posts and the individual review post linked to the major "big" post, it makes it relevant.
I followed Dylan Rieger's training, and he mentions that he does this all the time.
That is where I learned it from.

Doing so keeps people on your blog longer, which will help with bounce rate, but also keeps a continuity theme going, as long as you are letting your personality shine through in your writing

Intuitively I agree with you Jerry, why not also point an internal link from an old post to a new one.It should work both ways.
I point internal links both directions between old and new post, especially since both are relevant to the other. It works.
Of course. It is only an internal link and not a 301 redirect.
Think of it like on abrand new website you write one post and point to the contact us page and on the contact us you point them back to some content on the first post.
No big deal.

I'm new but I always make backlinks for the new posts in the older ones if relevant/necessary. I don't think there's any reason for not doing so.

Jerry, they switched their protocols from http:// to the more secure https:// prefix to their url. It works fine for me.
have you tried flushing your dns or clearing your cache? Flush DNS in Windows 7, 8, 10 and Clear Browser Cache
I can access them no bother and I'm in the UK.
Another member lives in Australia and she accessed it as well.
You must be doing something wrong.
