When Google searching "pros and cons wp plugin" (without the quotation marks, of course) I found a few plugins were offered that might interest you.

Hi, Lee. Elementor is a page/post editor that will give you a lot of flexibility and futures that are not available with the standard WordPress editor.
You can also have a look at Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

Get into your Back office and under "Plugins" go to "Add new" - go to the search bar and look for "JoomDev".
Download this plug in and "activate", it will show up on your Toolbar of your post and pages as an Icon.
Just a FYI
A good habit to be in is to get in a the habit of
1) Backing up your website Once a month and or
2) Backing up your website BEFORE you install a new Plugin

I would like to add a "shop now" or "check the price" button within the articles in my website. Do I need special plugins to do that?
I like the Max Buttons plugin but if you're selling your own stuff then you'll need one from PayPal.

Drop shipping is not affiliate marketing and I do know from other members that the WooCommerce plugin does not work on WA hosted websites.
Because I was doubtful that Shopify would work in WordPerfect, I Google searched "can shopify be moved to a wordpress website" (without the quotation marks, of course) and discovered the following question answered by 8 different contributors: https://www.quora.com/How-can-I-move-my-website-from-Shopify-to-WordPress ...you might find this very interesting.
The plugins discussed on the above listed forum, I recommend that you ask SiteSupport if ANY of them will work on a WA hosted website. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

I want to get rid the privacy policy page out of my sidebar and sidebar footer, to do that it says that I need to exclude the page by typing the page ID to it, but I've no idea
Every post or page is given an ID.
It is easily located at the editor. Choose the page you need to know the id, hover the 'edit' link and you can see the ID. You need this ID to exclude or include in any filtered list.
