Hi - you need to contact Site Support by clicking on the Help Center. They are usually quick to respond, and you will receive your reply by private message.

I just passed a lesson "setting up a domain-specific email account" and I am not able to send an email from my new account..? Only receive an email...
I did try to answer this Jerry however it may not have been exactly what you needed.
I am honestly not sure how to fix this.
4 things to try (there are always ways to get stuff fixed!!!) :
Put the question on a blog post here in WA. Some one may have experienced something similar and be able to help.
Get on the Live Chat and ask there again, as above, someone may be on the same problem as you and be able to help.
Put specific keywords into the search bar at the top.
Put something Like setting up a domain specific email account
or, why do I get authentication failed on my email
Just try different combinations of keywords specific to your problem and you will be amazed at the posts and help you may get.
Send a support ticket in via the Help Center as it may be a technical issue that you cannot fix.
I hope these help you out.
If I could assist you I would however, I think it is something I havent had an issue with because I did not set up an email specific to my website, I just used my own.
Get back to me if you need more assistance,
