If you go into Websites & Hosting in the main menu, you'll see *Create A New Website* and then click *On A Domain I Own*. Rich.

Hi, i am just replying as i need help with the same issue. A small white box appears where the banner should be. If you click on this small box it still takes to you site. It does not look nice and beautiful like the banner should. :( I hope to work out why this is happening...
Hope you get it sorted soon, it's been nearly a week since you had that problem, not good. Never heard of that before, all your websites and banners codes from more than one affiliate centre. It certainly is weird.
Jerri, I suggest creating a support ticket so that our server team can take a look. I have no idea why images may have been lost or what may have happened to them. Are they still there in your "Media" area of your Website? Either way you may want to create a support ticket. Go to your WA hosting area and click the "Support Tickets" tab.

I am replying because nobody has yet and you must feel pretty bad about it.
I have only been here at WA for 3 weeks and haven't put any banners on my site yet.
Isn't it a code you add for banners, maybe some platform has had a mishap here at WA and when you return to your site everything is good, hope so, but sorry I am not very helpful, maybe someone will come to your rescue yet.
Just keep looking on the bright side, everything must get sorted out soon.

Just had another thought, maybe the affiliate merchant you are showing the banners for has website problems, or closed down if they are not WA banners.
Have you been to the dashboard of your Wordpress website and checked to see if the coding is still there, on you page or post?
That's the only thing I can think of if you have more than one company affiliate banners.
