Hi - I don't use a plugin. It's easy enough just to add the products individually. If you use the text + image option, it automatically updates the prices and all the links will have your affiliate ID embedded in them. Short Video On Adding Amazon Links To A Post

I like it because you can link a product to any page, anywhere - so you can link it to a review on your site or directly to the affiliate merchant page.
Of course, you can also use the default mode which is for each product in the catalogue to link to a product detail page.
I use it in two ways on my site:
1. A bunch of products that link to reviews I've done
2. A bunch of products that link straight out to Amazon.
