Is it possible to get a .com.au domain name from WA? And host that website on WA platform?
Ideally you will want to .com first as you have a worldwide audience and maybe a .au second which you could redirect to protect your brand... just a thought! Good luck...
Hi, you can only purchase a dot com, dot net and a dot org domains from WA, cost of which is $14 / year privacy included.
Once purchased from elsewhere i.e. another registrar, you can point your domain to WA servers.
To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.
ns1 . mywahosting . com (no spaces)
ns2 . mywahosting . com (no spaces)
These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) after the transfer has taken place. How To Point Your Domain Name To WA

Did you have the email forwarding configured on the previous host before making the DNS change?
If yes, you also need to create the Email Forwarding Address here at WA.
You can do this by clicking on Websites -> SiteManager -> SiteEmail and then setting up an Email Forwarder.
If you already have this configured in WA and it isn’t working, then you need to contact SiteSupport who will look in to it for you.
No worries, if it is set up on WA and still not working, then you need to contact SiteSupport, so that they can take a look at the servers for you.

I have seen a wordpress theme which i think is more suitable for what i want to do but is not in the ones offered. can i get my own theme?
As a starter member, I believe that you're limited as to which themes you can install on your siterubix subdomain sites. I'll try to find a more definitive answer but I'm fairly sure that you can only use the 12 or so themes that are on the "Themes" page in your site's wordpress admin area.
Sure you can get your own theme. Search for it and upload it to your site. Some themes are free and some cost money. If you go premium you will get plenty more free themes to chose from.
