Hi I need to delete a page called sample page... Not quite sure why it's there however it did say to delete it but not how... Also I'm stuck on the creating custom menus as I get to where I need to add to menu *about me" however when I look for it only my privacy policy is there and this sample page option... I know I published it at the start???

I think it's there just so you can see how a page is set up. When in your dashboard go to "All Pages". Once there and you can see all your pages, go to that particular page and hit "Trash".

Sorry, forgot to answer the custom menu part of your question.You actually need to add that page to your menu for the page to show up and you can see it. Read through this link that will be helpful to create and add a page: How To Create A Custom Menu Yvette

if you created the about me article as a page then when you go to all pages it will show up there.
if you created it as a post then go to all posts - under theposts menu and it should be listed.
to add the post to your menu - goto the menu and click on the posts. and it should be listed.
add it to the menu and save.
if you hven't published it then you will not be able to see it in the make menu screen.
