you can go to your dashboard on your Wordpress and click page, click the edit under the article where your photo located, you need to delete your previous photo and install again by using "add media" located at the top lef hand corner. then follow the sequence there.
Once you download the new photo you can adjust the size by pointing the mouse arrow on the corner of the photo.

Hello! There is a limit of how small you can resize your image. Just edit post, click on the picture, and drag to make it as small as possible. In my experience, you can find smaller images that are already small and you can use those.

Now, on finding those images, I have tried countless hours and I just have to click and place and see how it moves.
