Woeful & Worrisome Wednesday Was Wonderfully Wealthy!

Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

After a late night arrival by the Blog Dogs, I ended up sleeping well despite their difficult initial transition period! Even though I had them blocked off from Kitty, she is likely under my bed and traumatized!

Therefore, my routine morning sojourn into the Wealthy Affiliate Community was done solo this morning!

I did finally get them both to come up from their kennel in the basement, which Monica and I had set up hastily the night before, to venture outside in the enclosure I had prepared for them a while back!

They seemed to be enjoying themselves--at least as much as they could enjoy themselves given the large yard that they had grown accustomed to back at the only home they had ever known before coming to the eBay house!

They stayed outside for a little while, despite the lower temps today!

Then, with them back inside the house, I then tended to my normal Wealthy Affiliate research!

I needed to maintain some sense of normalcy to my usual day! Once this was completed, I felt like I needed to go and do the job this morning that I had scheduled. Even though we might have barely made it to 30 degrees Fahrenheit, the drive was still pretty nice to the job site!

The lower image was the drive to the shop house after I finished the job, which was the installation of another mailbox lock! (above)

At the shop house, I was killing some time, sorting out more locks and putting them in their place, and getting some more trash out! I also decided to get a shower while I was over there! A hot shower has never felt so good before!

I then went over to their office, dropped the keys and bill off and then went back to the eBay house to check on the Blog Dogs again!

I also heated up some leftovers and dropped some torn-up bread in it for them to share! (Monica had forgotten their food last night, and I am not sure when they had been fed last)

As luck would have it, Monica showed up shortly after that, having gotten off work at her second job, with their dog food, which will tide me over until I can get to the store!

She came inside and played with them a bit while we talked, and then she was gone!

After that, I fielded phone calls from both Kevin and Ron! Ron told me that he had firewood that he would bring me tomorrow! I thanked him but told him if he didn't get it done before he leaves to Colorado Springs for the weekend for his 33rd Anniversary, then I would be alright!

Once again, a man who has good friends will always be successful, and I have done the same thing for both he and Kevin when our roles were reversed! I will also always do what I am able to help them out even now!

I even sent Kevin this picture of me staying warm under his electric fleece throw that he sent me via Amazon! It allowed me to keep warm at the computer before we finally parted ways on the phone just after 2 am this morning!

When I urged her to go ahead and bring the Blog Dogs over last night, I had also set a nice fire in the fireplace! It was very nice, indeed! Samantha, the middle step-daughter, not the PSD (Petulant Step daughter who is now officially an "adult"), look horrified and in shock! I guess the reality of what was happening last night had finally dawned on her!

The rest of this evening will be spent on the computer, working in filing my 4th quarter 2021 Sales tax, and if I have time, shining a flashlight under the bed to see how Kitty is doing!

No matter what, I will not be bored! At least the transition has occurred!

What started out as a worrisome and woeful day ended up being wealthy in both money and satisfaction at how everything turned out!

I HOPE THAT EVERYONE'S HUMP DAY WAS SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL, MINE WAS A BIT CHALLENGING, BUT I MANAGED TO MAKE IT THROUGH!

Well Jeff, at least you all got through the night without any fuss and happy to hear that Kitty made it to the warm bed eventually!

What do people do to the mailbox locks around there anyway??

At least it was another paying job!!

Taxes again eh... that's another never ending nightmare!

But it seems that your Hump day didn't turn out too bad in the end my friend... here's wishing you a wonderful Thursday!!

🍺🐫πŸ₯©πŸ₯—πŸΆπŸ˜ΉπŸΆπŸ«πŸΊ

Poor Kitty must be so scared at the moment. My cat also hides under the bed if something scares him. Poor blog dogs with no dog food! At least you found scraps for them until Monica bought their food over. I hope they settle in ok and get used to a smaller space outside. So glad you lit a fire and you’ll find the heated throw a godsend. I got mine from Amazon as well! Both me and my furry assistant love it!

She was likely hiding under the bed too, Kathy! In the wee hours of the morning, she finally made an appearance and got under the covers with me after having gone and eaten first! The transition will definitely be slow and ongoig for a time!πŸ™€

I,m hoping the BDs do get used to the smaller and not so posh area outside, at least until Spring arrives, and I can perhaps enlarge thngs a bit! There is still so much to do! Ideally we should all be able to go back home at some point, but God's will be done!

I love my fleece throw as well!

I hope you are having an excellent Thursday, my friend!

Jeff

Good morning Jeff,

That sounds like a busy day with lots of things happening! I hope that things settle down very quickly. I guess it must be quite nice to have the dogs with you, they are good company!

You can't beat having good friends, Jeff, were not meant to do life alone. I'm glad your friends are helping you out, that's fantastic!

A nice fire Jeff, at least you will be warm.

Have a great Thursday.

Roy

It is GREAT to have them back, Roy! The outcome I would have preferred would have been to be back over there instead, but for this round the PSD and Godtilla have won! I will make the best of the situation and continue to move forward!

There is nothing better than having GREAT friends, Roy! The best tresure ever!

I hope you are having an excellent Thursday so far too, my friend1

Jeff

Good morning Jeff,

I understand where you're coming from, hopefully, good things and the right things will happen soon. I'm sure it's great to have the blog dogs back, I'm sure they are great company and great companions! That's an excellent principal Jeff, keep moving forward!

I'm here to help.

Yes, I picked up my wife from the airport yesterday afternoon as she had been in Greece for a couple of weeks. I would have gone for a few days, however, with the hibernation period when we return, it's too costly for me! Who would have thought that we would have to test for something we don't have any symptoms for and stay indoors! Even though the test is clear! How mad is that!?

Have a great day.

Roy

It's always good to know that there are friends here in WA to turn too as well!

This community is the BEST!

Yes, as far as the last, it is insanity to the core, but thankfully all over the world people are starting to WAKE UP! We need to live our lives! I'd rather live my life, be happy, and die (we all do that in the end), then live a spartan existence in lockdown prisons and draconian rules, and then still die! Living THAT way is in fact, a fate worse than death, IMHO!

Jeff

I believe that being part of the Wealthy Affiliate community, building up friends and helping is such a positive thing to do. I am with you big time.

It's great that people are waking up Jeff, even though it's quite slow. I took my wife's car for a service the other day and was told that I need to wear a mask. I told them that it was all a load of nonsense and lies! I had a phone call later to say that the car would be ready in a couple of hours, I was told that I needed to wear a mask as they are very strict. I simply said that I'm exempt!

I have no idea why the whole garage was walking around in masks in a large workshop! I went to pay, the card machine was wiped with antibacterial wipes before I touched it! I was served from behind a plastic screen. How ridiculous!

Rant over!

Have a great day.

Roy

I feel your pain, Roy! In many places here that is stil going on, but we no longer have the mask mandates! (even when we did, I never wore one) Some signs on business doors state "Masks NOT required but Highly recommended"!

Jeff

That's good Jeff, I was the same regarding the masks! The mask mandate was dropped here on Thursday, just three days ago! There are still many sheep wandering around in masks even in a village location!

Roy

I think so too, Roy! They actually do more harm than good, my friend!

Jeff

Indeed, Jeff! It's hardly normal to wear a nappy or diaper on your face and expect to have a normal conversation with someone!

Roy

Not normal at all, Roy! The only mask I wore was a Cehmical mask in the Army! Face Diaper! I like that! Silly when one things long enough about it!

Jeff

Indeed Jeff! And that makes sense, wearing a mask in the army, is a totally different thing to what we are doing now! My parents were issued with gas masks in the Second World War, once again a different scenario. Yes, the more I look at the rules and regulations, the more fake and ridiculous it is!

Roy

I totally agree, Roy! No face diapers required here!

Jeff

And here too!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Roy

PSD, Petulant is spoiled rotten out of the bounds of reality.
Kitty went catatonic, poor dear, she is not moving and for sure not talking to you about it! Be sure she has water to drink that is clean and above dog level, maybe tuna, a treat food for even moving. She is stuck on stuck, poor baby.
Good night Jeff and Yahweh bless.
Zay

I know Suzay! Kitty finally showed up inthe wee hours of the morning! She at, and all seems good, but right now, she is relegated to three rooms of the eBay house until I can make more adjustments!πŸ™€

Jeff

I prayed deliverance from shock for kitty. Our pets need prayer too, especially since their heightened senses are not of this world, and all of that affects them as well. They live to love and protect us in their ways. Glad she forgave you. Go slow with the introductions, since she has lived as cat queen, no dogs.
It's getting better. Good things are coming to you each day.
Zay

Hi Jeff glad to hear of your reunion with the Blog Dogs and I'm sure you will all transition and adapt well and hopefully Kitty will too. Pleased your Wednesday felt wealthy overall. You have good friends and that is priceless. I hope Thursdsy is trouble free.
Stay warm
Tracy

I am glad they are here, but there are a lot of things that take some getting used too! My shcedule is in disarray right now, but we all will adapt to this somehow, some way, Tracy!

It was not a bad Wednesday at all, and of course, having thosr excellent firends of mine IS priceless!

I hope you are having an excellent Thursday too, my friend!

I'm always trying to stay warm, hopefully winter will go out with a whimper! 🀞🀞

Jeff
