Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

I slept very well again last night except when I woke up early and felt pain in my right shoulder. I had rolled over on it the other night, and essentially felt like I dislocated it a little, so that has been a pain point for me the past couple of days.

After taking care of the furry assistants, then I jumped right into the Wealthy Affiliate Community for the normal morning sojourn.

Kitty popped in for a brief moment to assist me!

It wasn't a long time before I finished the initial foray, and then it was getting to be time when I had to get ready to go to Monica's knee therapy session today. She called me and we talked on the phone for about 45 minutes before I let her go.

I got dressed and went outside to start the truck up so it could warm up. Today, we were only in the mid thirties.

While I was doing this, I decided that it was a good time to capture a couple of images of the new day, although, they weren't too much to look at.

The weather was trying to revert back to winter for a few moments.

No matter, the temps were still tolerable for the most part.

Then it was time for me to head on over to her therapy session.

When I got to the main intersection leading to the therapy center, there was a train crossing the tracks.

It didn't take too long for it to pass though.

I arrived at her therapy center in short order. Monica puled in shortly thereafter and went right in.

When I joined her inside, she was already on the stationary bike.

After about 8 minutes of that on a higher stress level, then it was time for the stairs.

She went up and down them about six times, this without even holding the rail!

After that, they performed some more knee bending. This time around it was a little more painful for her, but they got her to the measurement that they were looking for after only three tries.

Finally, after some different stretching exercises for her, she was in muscle stimulation for the remaining portion of the session.

I believe that it was a productive session. When she had called me last night, she said she will go back to work on February 17th. She called and told them that, so it seems confirmed. She has been away from there for right at four months! I am very happy for her!

We parted ways after the session, and I headed over to the locksmith shop house to check on things.

More dreary skies there.

My buddy, Kevin, called much earlier today while on his way to work at the railroad.

We still had an excellent chat, part of which occurred wile I was on the way back to the eBay house.

I chatted with him while sitting in the truck once I arrived there, but then, I knew that I needed to get inside.

I had to let the Blog Dogs outside, and when they were done, I fed them their main meal of the day!

They were definitely ready for it by this time. Kevin had already gone into work, and I'll hear from him when he gets off.

I also made myself a hamburger to eat to knock the hunger pangs away before I got back down to business on the computer.

I have also started Kindle Vella Episode #11, and I will work on it a little tonight, as well.

That, along with a short post on my book promotion site will be what comprises my Wealthy Affiliate research portion of the day!

The rest of the evening will see me on and off the computer with various tasks!

I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HAS HAD A WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY HUMP DAY TODAY. I CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT MINE.
