Tuesday Travails Tend To Try & Tire, Then Turn Tremendous!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
After an extended weekend with the Independence Day observances, suffice it to see that I was not truly motivated to negotiate through the daily grind, but negotiate I must!
Yesterday after I posted, I did manage to visit Frank on his porch for about an hour in the early evening yesterday!
He is one of those veterans that I respect for allowing us to retain our Independence from tyranny! The scenery from his front porch was also quite nice!
After an hour's visit, I had to ride the motorcycle over to the locksmith shop house to get some work done there before heading back to the eBay house to finish up things for the night.
This morning, I could not believe that the first time I walked outside to take a picture, that Humphrey was already there! I guess he is making up for lost time!
Then, of course, as is in his peculiar fashion, he was suddenly gone as quick as he appeared!

Now it was time to get back to business in the normal morning foray into the vibrant Wealthy Affiliate Community.
Kitty was still in bed when I left there, and I don't blame her, I am kind of tired too!
The Blog Dogs, on the other hand, were hungry, so I fed them early.
They polished off the food in short order!
Then it was time to settle down to working on a current website blog post as part of my Wealthy Affiliate research.
Hopefully, I can get it completed, or at least get it furthered along.
It was now afternoon after a brief nap, and I was working again on the computer when I got a call from Monica. Apparently she was outside. I went outside and we talked for a little and then she ended up taking me with her to go to Walmart!
We had to go and get Samantha first. Monica's aunt needed her to go get her and her husband their "weekly" groceries.
I ended up picking up a few things there too. Now her aunt is a very small person and her uncle is a veteran, but has also had a couple of strokes too, he's likely around 70 years old.
We were at Walmart for a good while because the longer we were there, the more the aunt kept texting her adding more things to the list. Samantha was there to be the runner. Now you would think that these people were in their prime and weighed in at about 250 lbs apiece for all the meat that they were buying.
At checkout, besides my basket which was a small basket, there were two regular sized ones.
Their bill was over $400--for two frail people--the aunt is on oxygen due to COPD. Incredible! When we got over there to unload, it took Monica a while to locate where to put everything, while Samantha and I unloaded. Oh and by the way the groceries I got were only $24.95. I just needed a few incidentals and also bought eggs, hot dogs, and milk.
Anyway, I never cease to be amazed by what groceries people buy. When we finally got back to the eBay house, Samantha wanted to walk the Blog Dogs, but her mom told her her maybe tomorrow! We shall see.
All I know is that I was very happy to have had time to see them both for a couple of hours! God can work in mysterious ways.
The rest of my evening will be spent relaxing initially and talking on the phone.
I'll also be on the computer for a lot of the evening too!
I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HAS HAD ANOTHER EXCELLENT TUESDAY! ANOTHER HUMP DAY STARTS TOMORROW! LET US MAKE IT THE BEST ONE YET!

Humphrey definitely paid you an early visit, but at least he stayed out of the road again!
Happy that you got to spend some quality time with Monica and Samantha in Walmart but that does look like a lot of shopping for two people for a week!!
Were there any expensive cuts of meat or "special beverages" included in that lot??

Their deep freeze is now FULL! They should need this much again anytime soon, but one can only hope.😳

Hump day has been very productive, though no money jobs yet, but a LOT done so far!

Sorry to hear that no paying jobs have come your way yet, but at least you are keeping the productively levels up in other avenues!

I wouldn't personally as I need to check the quality of any ribeyes I purchase in person, but for those among us who have difficulties in getting to a supermarket in person, it is a great option in my opinion... and one that more and more people are using over here...
Things WILL pick up my friend, just keep on keeping on and I hope that the good out ways the bad by the end of the day!

Monica is a kind soul, but the more she does for them, the more they expect. I have helped shoulder a bit of the burden because they only live three blocks from the eBay house.

Funny you should mention that.. the wife decided yesterday that she hadn't seen the PSIL for so long (it must be nearly 3 weeks now)🙄!
That she went to Switzerland with my post pup to stay there for the next 10 days or so!
Then got upset because I refused to go with her!!
So it is peaceful right now but I may have to go and save the PP from the lair in the next couple of days! Lets see!

Sounds like here in Kansas, Nick! In fact, with the winds, no barbies are allowed on patio balconies, and there were a few people who disobeyed that, and entire apartment buildings ended up burning to the ground--thankfully with no loss of life!

I can understand how that could happen Jeff, but I researched a lot of different barbies and found one that still uses charcoal, but is smokeless (well nearly anyway)! And is totally protected from the wind!!
It would more than likely be a lot more than a couple of years my friend if I don't escape the country beforehand!!

Thank goodness for shopping carts, Jeff. They help a little bit when carrying $400 worth of food to your car.
I do the same thing when going to Walmart - zip in and out for a few incidentals, and leave unscathed.

That IS a lot of groceries, Jeff. Wonder if they do that weekly lol. With the price of food these days, it's not surprising. Reminds me of today when I saw an SUV completely packed with toilet paper. I wonder if they know something. 🤔 Glad you got to spend some family time. Have a great evening.

I'm glad you got to spend some time with Monica and Samantha, that's really good. I finally finished another post. It has been 5 days since I published that long review post. I need to start producing posts more quickly again, at least once every 2 or 3 days, that would be fine.
Unfortunately, my headache keeps coming back. I am supposed to get medication for it tomorrow if they deliver it. I hope that helps.
It looks like I am doing better on Bing than on Google. One of my posts, Treibball step by step is on page 1 #1 on Bing as a featured snipped and again right after people also ask, so I am happy they are doing well somewhere!
