Totally Terrific Thanksgiving!

For those of us who celebrate Thanksgiving on this day, I wish everyone a very safe, happy, and Totally Terrific Thanksgiving!
Though I would LOVE to celebrate this holiday with my family, there are certain circumstances that does not allow me to do so right now!
Praise God that there are good, lifelong friends that I have that will make this an excellent holiday for me!
I hope that everyone has a very happy and heartwarming Thanksgiving this year!
No matter what, I know that I sure will, thanks to my friends!

Right On! Friends are oft-times closer than relatives. Looks like your table was full and overflowing. I know your heart was also full of kindness and a bit of concern over 'M' who has been having pain after surgery. Keep writing and finish the preparations for your celebration of the finished result. Hi Jeff, I am glad that you had an excellent Thanksgiving and of course ours was quiet which that is exactly what I wanted. It was perfect it was just us.
I used to enjoy having people over but in that last few years I just wanted it to be me and John and that is good enough for me. Even though we have plenty of leftovers is okay with me because I can do many things with turkey.
I am sorry that you couldn't spend time with your family but you have excellent friends that is awesome. And I hope that you had and thankful Thanksgiving and that is what counts my friend.

Hi Jeff, I can understand that and there is nothing wrong with being around people especially when you are close with your friends as you are and they are you family too.
Things are going to work out for Jeff. I don't know the situation but you just have to be patient. I know that this is easier said than done.
Take it from me you love Monica and I know you do very much and you would do anything for her. Things are going to get better for you and Monica. Keep the faith my friend things are going to get better.

Hi Jeff, I have learn through my experience that yes we can learn through our trials and tribulations but God wants us to be able to help others from our trials and tribulations.
God has a way of putting people in our path for a reason. Mostly help us with our trials and tribulations but sometimes we end up helping the person that was sent or better yet we help each other.
God is a mystery to us all that we are not to understand everything but yet he shows us different things in dreams, visions, and through others that are sent to help us along our journey.
There are two songs that I think you would like. It is by Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir the songs are Psalm 34 and He loved Me. It tells the story why we became saved.

Hi Jeff, Yes I can't deny that God has he own way of doing things. And yes God is always giving us life lessons to learn by. Most importantly God is the helping business. And God will use anyone or everyone to get his point across to us.
Yes God knows exactly what he is doing with use and for us and to us. He just allows things to happen to make us stronger and able to help others in the same or similar situation. That is where get wisdom and experience from and hoping and praying that they will listen for the help that they are getting.
