SUPER (Busy and Hot) Saturday!
Hello all my friends here in Wealthy Affiliate!
First thing this morning I was busy working on the computer tying up a few loose ends. After that, it was time for me to go do my two scheduled locksmith jobs!
One was putting a combo set on an apartment door.
The other was getting a stuck file cabinet open (turns out the lock had an internal break).
After those jobs, I went and got my older van and delivered some aluminum cans and an old lawnmower to the recycle place! When that chore was finished, I went home and ate lunch (I skipped breakfast).
A little more computer time after that, and then it was time to call Frank! I ended up transporting him to his old shop and one other location so that his nephew could pick up a couple of tractors. They arrived from about 100 miles away at around 2:30 pm.

I took three videos of the process at another location he owns which is next to my 115 year old limestone warehouse complex.
The temperature outside went from mild during the week to horrifically hot in less than 8 hours! It was a high of 99 degrees Fahrenheit with a head index of 105 degrees! The sun was bright and there wasn't a cloud to be seen!
When I finally arrived back home, I decided to relax and replenish the earlier beers that I drank with several glasses of iced water. (There you go, Keisha!). I rested for a while, alternating between bed & TV, and the computer and Wealthy Affiliate!
During this time, I also uploaded the aforementioned videos from earlier with Frank to my You Tube channel!
Now as I put the finishing touches on this blog post, I also plan to write a couple more pages in my latest book project.
Ironically, during this hot day, the Blog Dogs were pretty laid back and well-behaved, even "sunning" themselves in the yard! You have to look closely--Star is right in front of Shadow!
WE TRUST THAT EVERYONE HERE IN WEALTHY AFFILIATE IS HAVING A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL WEEKEND!

You are as busy as a bee! it's great when you know what you have to do and you get the job done. No excuses! It is awesome that you can find time to do the things that have to and get some much need down time as well. Good for you!

We humans are strange.
The heat was horrific here last summer and Autumn and we couldn't wait for winter.
Then winter came and we quickly forgot about the previous heat.
Now we can't wait for Spring.
Mind you, it's only the nights that are truly cold here this time of the year.

I thought I worked my butt off in the kitchen yesterday!
We seem to have the same work ethic, except that I need to take several breaks before I can get all my chores done.

It's not very good, but this is what I have so far! I had to add a little body and couldn't get the color quite right!

I hope you're doing well and keeping busy.
It looks like you had a constructive Saturday! I'm intrigued by what type of tractor you are moving onto the trailer. Is it a Massey Ferguson 35 or an old David Brown, or neither?
I've always had an interest in agriculture and machinery and vintage tractors!
