Shadow Said Siesta Sunday Seemed So Sublime!

Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

The title image of Shadow the Blog Dog sums up this Sunday very appropriately!

After a week of hard work and some stellar locksmith work too, Sunday seems to be the day to relax, but, anyone who knows me also knows that I will still get something productive done!

That being said, it was an early morning get caught up with things in the Wealthy Affiliate Community.

Interestingly, Tig-Tig was playfully lounging in the window while I was doing this work!

She didn't really assist, but just her being close might be a good sign that she might finally be getting ready to come back to work!

Of course, staying at home would be short-lived. I still had ongoing tasks to take care of at the other properties--the main one being the eBay house!

Before I left, I had to check on Blog Dog Star, who was in Samantha's room!

There she was--being quite silly! This was an excellent note to leave on to attend to the other business of the day!

It was still early when I arrived at the eBay house, so I got right to work chopping down two more small trees and doing some more trimming!

The debris will be disposed of sometime next week! I will keep it in the back until I get a truck over there!

In the meantime, I had a lot of cutting down of the debris into smaller pieces to do!

I also kept working within Wealthy Affiliate, as well, since that is the way that I tend to relax!

There is never a day that will go by that I am not doing something in the platform!

If all goes well, I also plan to get a motorcycle ride in today too! In fact, the garage is open now, as I prep it to go!

I rode around town for a couple of hours, and stopped over at Tommy's shop again, where he was still working on that trailer! This time, he was out front in the shade working on it!

He is almost done with it! Then it was back over to the eBay house to put the cycle away and drag a few more branches to the rear of the house to cut-up further for later disposal!

I also put the finishing touches on this post, as well!

I HOPE THAT EVERYONE'S FRISATSU (WEEKEND) WAS SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL! NOW IT IS ON TO ANOTHER NEW WEEK!

It's a sunny day today, even though it's a long way from Sunday.
I took a picture of Pogo lounging in the sunny spot on the new bed...will try to figure out how to get it on here. If you don't see it, know he is a very happy cat today.

I can see your cat Fran.

I can see him, Fran! He looks happy!

Jeff

He is...I'm glad he's finally decided this room is okay.

It is a spectacular room, Fran!😎🐱👍👍

Such a lovely photo of Star, she looks so happy lying on the grass! Tig Tig definitely doesn't look ready to return to work lol! My furry helper has gone AWOL and spending his time lounging outside in the garden. Temperatures are hot here in the UK and set to reach 86F today. Also love the photo of Shadow! He certainly looks in a silly mood lol! Hope you have a productive Monday:)

Kathy, Shadow is lying in the grass and Star is the one in the silly mood. They are easy to get mixed up unless you see them side by side. I agree, Tig-Tig is still in her own little world. It seems like your furry assistant is also on vacation. Hopefully, they will both return to us! Our weather yesterday seemed just like your weather.

I hope you are enjoying your Monday so far!

Jeff

Although it should have been a relaxing day, you still had do much work to do.
Awesome productive day Jeff

I still got ample relaxation in throughout, Simone! There simply has to be a bit of a balance! I hope your Monday has been progressing well!

Jeff

Balance is the key, Jeff
My day is progressing well

It sure is, Simone, and I am glad to hear that!

Jeff

Always a pleasure, Jeff. You keep busy even on siesta Sunday.

Alex

Yes, Alex, but I did get a good cycle ride in!

Jeff

I was up to my knees in fondant. Coloring it and creating princess gowns then got a call for a graduation cake. Good timing because I was able to get a cap and diploma done with the fondant. It's VERY time consuming as I'm very particular and the day certainly got away from me. I looked up and it was late afternoon. I thought it was still morning!!! I need another day before I go to NY!!!!!! Tomorrow will be a blur running around and packing. Then Wed I'm offffffff to see your favorite governor!!!!! LOL

Maybe you'll win an Emmy too, Debbi! How much of that cake that you are making did you eat?😳 You are one busy gal!

Jeff

Haven't made the cakes yet.

Don't work too hard, Debbi!😳

My fit bit says I did almost 3 mi in my house today!!! Plus 23 flights of stairs. I was moving!

It is some sort of icing that allows you to make shapes, etc. The Cake Boss on TV used it A LOT for his custom creations, Les!

Jeff

Wow, that is one heck of an aerobic exercise program, Debbi! Be careful not to overdo it!

Jeff

Jeff has it right. It's pretty but I wouldn't eat it. I make it with marshmallows, powder sugar and water. My granddaughter doesn't like buttercream frosting so it works. She can take the pretty decoration off her cake and plop some icing she likes (out of a can) on the cake to eat. I did some of the dresses for her cupcakes and graduation cap with diploma for my niece's cake. I'll take pix when they're done. LOT of work but fun to see their faces.

Can't wait to see those pix, Debbi!
