Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

My football game went well last night, so THAT was good.

Unfortunately, I might have had a bit too much to drink, and that was not so good! I'll have to do better!

Anyhow, when I went to sleep last night, I slept very well. I woke up around 9:14 am. This is much later than I usually awaken, and that put me behind the eight ball in short order.

Still, my first order of business was to jump right into the Wealthy Affiliate Community!

Kitty had the right idea, and remained in bed.

I got everything initially completed for the most part after about 2 hours. It was about that time when Monica called me! We talked a couple of times for about an hour apiece. Her knee therapy resumes tomorrow, and I know that it will be a grueling week for her.

Sadly, I have done little writing today, but I plan to get some done. There are sometimes days when we don't really feel like doing anything. This happens to all of us at one time or another. I won't let it get to me, I just have to take a deep breath and try harder.

The one above is the full version of the title image.

The second one is just one of the street.

I captured two images of the new day today (one of them is the title image). Initially the sun was out, but then it became overcast again. We are in the high 30s, but it will only make it up to the low forties according to the weather forecast. Of course, the sun made some sporadic attempts to break through the clouds later in the day.

The Blog Dogs are doing great, and I decided it was time to feed them their main meal of the day.

They always seem to be ready to eat, and it was no different this time around. I need them fit and ready to work. They always submit ideas to me on what to blog about.

Then they went to their ottoman to think about more ideas.

I have since talked to Monica one more time, and my buddy Kevin also called on his way to work at the railroad. According to him, a rail strike is imminent here in the US, unless something radical occurs.

I also just recently got of the phone with my mother. She didn't have any good news, since she is behind on her bills and lawyers are after her. It's a long story, but I told her to take things one day at a time.

She is supposed to go help my sister in Alaska with the grand kids, but she keeps waiting till the last minute to have contact with her. I pray for her every day, which is really all that I can do in my current situation. Everyone in today's current environment are experiencing the scourge of runaway inflation.

When I do some writing, I am not going to call it part of my Wealthy Affiliate research part of the day, because there will likely not be much of that today.

Nevertheless, I will get some more writing done today, no matter what. No day is complete without that critical task continuing.

We all must continue to persevere and exercise patient--and faith--when things don't always seem to be going our way.

I am now listening to the Chiefs game which started a moment ago. So far they are ahead of last year's Super Bowl champs.

I did venture outside again to catch some images of the evening with the sun out, having finally defeated the cloud cover temporarily.

What a difference a few hours make in Kansas.

I plan to do a couple of quick posts on the book promotion website concerning a couple of Episode releases on my Kindle Vella project, which are in draft, but need to be added to the site. I'll see if I can at least get that done.

I'll also be in and out of the Wealthy Affiliate Community in the evening too!

I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HAD A SAFE, SERENE, AND SUCCESSFUL SUNDAY PORTION OF FRISATSU. IT IS NOW ON TO THE NEW WEEK, OF WHICH MANY MEMBERS ARE ALREADY INTO. LET'S MAKE IT ANOTHER GREAT ONE!

Sincerely,

Jeff, the BLOG DOGS, and Kitty

Hi Jeff, I know the feeling of being behind the eight ball. That is how I feel is being behind the eight ball myself. I am just taking it one day at time myself because that is all we can do like you said.

I hope Monica is doing okay. How is her therapy coming along? I know that she is in pain, but I also know that pain isn't going to last forever though. But now her knee is a weather vane to let everyone know what the weather is going to be like.

Well my friend I am going to see what I can get done. But I never feel good unless I answer all of my email. I just don't like unfinished things. I like to got everything done is like tightening up loose ends.

I am glad at least you got to relax a little today. And of course the images are beautiful like always.

Mary

Hang in there, Mary! Monica is getting a little bit better by the day!

We simply have to deal with whatever comes out way with each new day! It is always a surprise, and sometimes not a pleasant one, but that is life, and we do what we must do to get through it!

Have an excellent start to another Frisatsu!

Jeff

Hi Jeff, I am hanging in there and I am holding on the best that I can. And I am just getting through the best that I can.

I am happy to hear Monica is getting better and she is going to be better than ever once this is over with.

Mary

That's really all that a lot of us can do, Mary! Monica will keep improving slowly!

Jeff

Hi Jeff, I am tired of just hanging in there. I am making some changes I am going to improve the way I live. No more living paycheck to paycheck.

I came back to do my writing and to make some money. Well I am writing now I have to make the money. And if everyone else can to that I can too.

I know that it is going to take time I understand that. But in the meantime I can be writing content instead of doing everything else.

I am happy to hear about Monica that is good that she is improving. She is going to be fine and she will be back stronger than ever.

Mary

You can do it, Mary!

Monica is slowly improving day by day!

Keep your eyes on the prize!

Jeff

I've been reading up a bit about the strike on Epoch Times Jeff, so I can see what the unions are fighting for.

Glad to see that you're staying committed to your book projects, Jeff.

Hope your week gets off to a good start! 😎🐶😺🐶

Isaiah 😊

Yes, the employees are treated horribly--no matter what their pay is they NEED time off, Isaiah!

I have to stay committed to those projects! They were what I originally joined WA for in the first place, my friend!

We hope your new week goes well too! 😎🐶😹🐶

Jeff🤠

Hi Jeff
Love your commitment to write no matter what the day brings or how much you have overindulged lol. There are days I wish I was a blog dog just to eat my meals & go lie on my couch conjuring up new ideas 😎????🤩😅

Haha! Thanks, Janine! It is simply how I roll. I think it helps to keep me focused when everything else around me seems to be falling apart!

I wish I was a Blog Dog too at times!

Have an excellent new week, my friend!

Jeff🐶😹🐶

Jeff, I love your resolve to write every day but you got to take occasional breaks
I think you are too hard on yourself for imbibing a little more than you are used to. It's normal when your team wins to want to rejoice with the players.
My fond regards to Monica, the Blog dogs and Kitty!

Thanks, Dada! Yes, I went a little overboard on the sauce that time around.

We thank you for your kind regards!

😎🐶😹🐶. I hope you and your family had a Great Holiday and are doing very well!

Jeff

Hey, Jeff

Sometimes you just need to take a day off and relax. You'll end up being much more productive the next day.

Sundays are typically my most laid-back day. It's an old Italian tradition my family followed religiously and passed down to me. 😎

Frank 🎸

You are so right about this, Frank!

I work laid back on Sundays too, my friend!

Jeff😎🎸

That’s the way to go, Jeff!

I see a lot of WA members that write a post about “taking massive action every day,” and then a few months later they’re writing another post about how burned-out they are.

Slow but steady is a lot more productive in the long run! 😎

Frank 🎸

You know what they say, Frank, "Slow and Steady wins the race", my friend!

Jeff😎🎸

Good evening Jeff! Sad to hear of your mom's predicaments, and Monica's ordeal. Those are wearing you down!

It's alright, you cannot be your regular self all the time. Unconsciously, you are affected by the plight of people around you.

Take it easy. Let Kitty and the Blog dogs feed you more ideas for your book and WA.

Stay warm and be well!

Maria

Yes they are, but in the end everything will work out like it is supposed to, Maria!

I'm taking it pretty easy and just doing what I do day by day. The furry assistants will keep giving me ideas too!

You stay warm and be well too!

Jeff

Your blue truck looks very well parked in your driveway!
It surely found its new home!

Good night Jeff!

Cheers,
Maria

Thanks, Maria! I loved welcoming the new "family" member. It will be a great help for me moving forward!

I hope you had a restful night after the holidays!

Jeff

Good morning Jeff!
Yes, I really have a much needed long restful night and I am still off from work until December 1st. Good long time to start my Christmas decorations and gift shopping!!!

Am also planning for a Christmas design in my website, if I can pull this off! You know how I am with computers!
We shall see 😀

Am trying to stock up on my articles because I know there would be days that I won’t be able to do work on my website.

It felt good that I adjusted my WA account settings! Now I don’t feel overwhelmed anymore!

Take care Jeff,
Maria

I'm glad to hear that you have some well deserved time off, Maria!

Haha! What is Christmas shopping?

Sounds like some exciting times for your website!

I felt the same way until I adjusted the settings a long time ago, my friend!

Have a wonderful day!

Jeff

Hahaha! Its still just an idea Jeff!
I don't know how I can pull this off, as I don't want to loose all my work, just for a one month holiday.
And I don't want. to loose my time, just dealing with fixing it either. So maybe I will chicken out and spend my time writing more blogs!!! 😄

If you can afford to, don't chicken out, Maria!

I have no other choice right now!

Jeff🙄

Haha! I already chicken out!!!!
I am so afraid to loose all the time to fix it if it doesn't go well with my theme. Remember, I already have a lot of writings in my website.
I will stick with "if it's not broken, don't fix it" mantra!!!
I will just concentrate on doing more amazon products to my website! That is a safer path to take !!!😀

🥳,
Maria

A very wise decision, Maria! Always go with your gut, it is usually right!

Jeff😎👍

😀😁😂

😎👍👍

Hey Jeff…so sorry to hear about your mom’s situation and Monica’s struggles with her therapy. As you know, I’ve been in Monica’s shoes and believe me, she will get better.

I just hope your prayers help your moms situation — but I’m sure your trying your best to help her in some way.

-Mike

Me too, but she has been this way for quite some time, Mike! She is "borrowed-out" from all family sources, and she still will not cut back or change her ways! Nor will she take any advice. I'm sure God will provide a solution.

Monica will get better, but having the appendectomy right after that has not helped matters much.

Everything will work out the way that it is supposed too!

Jeff

I will be wishing for good outcomes on all accounts Jeff!

-Mike

Thanks, Mike, and I will be wishing the very same for you, my friend!

Jeff

Hi Jeff. Your K-State and KC Chiefs won. Sorry to hear about Mom and the dredges of this economy. It will get better. It always does. You're doing the best you can with what you have, like most folks these days. Doing the right thing can be harder than it sounds, too. But we all persevere through life.

Keeping hopes high for you and Monica. The bottom line is we want the ones we love to be happy and true love involves sacrifice sometimes. Very painful, too. As long as everyone is happy and we do our best to help others to be happy too. Then we've done our job. And everything gonna' be awright!

Hey David! I hope your retreat was a success! Mom has had some difficulty with money management! Hopefully my sister will get something worked out for her.

We all do persevere!

We do want the best for those we love, but I also know that it will work out according to what God's will is for both of us. Everything will be alright either way!

Those Bruins won too, but they had quite the battle with Cal! I was happy with the football results these last two days!

I hope you have an excellent new day, and thanks for the encouraging words!

Jeff

We did have a great day but like Dorothy says, "there's no place like home". Have a great week Jeff and to all who may read this.

I know exactly what you mean, David! I am very glad that all went well, my friend!

Jeff
