Magnificent Monday MONTH & Momentum!

I had a wonderful Sunday evening with Monica! She picked me up when she got off work, and I went and mowed the yard while she weed eated, then showered, changed clothes, shared some time on the "thinking" deck with her, and we finished up with a trip to Sonic!
Thus, a quick recap of last night! My day this morning has been very motivating, indeed!
I woke up a little later than usual and deep dove into the Wealthy Affiliate Community to get that taken care of--without Kitty, or course. She is still sleeping, and it is doubtful that I will catch any good images of her before this post is finished
Then, I took a break to capture the morning images below and the title image.
I took some more images too! I will sprinkle them throughout this post!
It was now time to devote more time to my Wealthy Affiliate research!
This is another portion of my day which has become a habit with me! (There you go, Vasile!)
It is moving on quite nicely, I must say!
I also needed to finally give the Blog Dogs their main meal of the day! I do need to keep them motivated to provide me with new materials for future blog posts!
Since I was still feeling a bit tired, I decided to take a nap for a bit! It wasn't long after that when a repeat customer--a property manager--needed my assistance. It was around lunchtime on the first day of the new month, and I agreed to go take a look at what was going on!
So, it was now time to get up and go! But first, here is another image of today, as promised.
The drive over to the job was pleasant enough, since it was hotter today, but not too bad yet!
When I arrived there, the job seemed like it would be straightforward enough!
Unfortunately, there were a great many problems with this job. The property manager had left all three keys on site!
When I finally got inside, the first thing I noticed is that the electronic deadbolt would be of no use to them, since the door frame had been kicked in!
They left the supposedly duplicated keys outside! When I tore into one of the lock cylinders, after I let myself inside, these keys were no where near what actually would work the locks!
They were not even close--by a long shot! What the heck??
I worked over there for all of lunchtime and then some--of course, Monica also called me while I was there when she was on her lunch break. I talked to her since I was there by myself!
While I was talking to her, I was shimming locks and re keying them to the keys provided. (Remember, they were left in a pile outside the front door.)
Ir was around 1:10 pm before I was tentatively finished with this job. There was still the issue of needing another deadbolt that needed to be keyed to those keys when they got rid of the electronic deadbolt, and had the door frame replaced too. It would ultimately be replaced with a mechanical one keyed to the existing keys also--so I will not be able to bill for the job for the next one to two days! It all depends upon when they get a handyman out to replace the busted door frame!
The restoration guy returned right as I was getting ready to leave, and I chatted with him for a while too. I left all three keys with him to give to the property manager when she arrived a little later in the afternoon.
I then drove back to the eBay house!
I stopped on the way back to pick up a few things!
By now, it was approaching late afternoon. I sat outside at the picnic table and popped a beer! It has been that kind of late morning, early afternoon, already!
It was approaching 100 degrees, but the shade kept it cooler than it really was! I got in contact with the property manager, and during our discussion, I told her I would replace the electronic deadbolt with a mechanical one keyed to one of the keys that I left over there for her, when I could! No matter what, the bill currently stands at $140.
We will see how it all goes.
One thing is for certain, there is never a dull moment around here, it seems!
The rest of the day will be spent on and off the computer and phone. I already turned down a car unlock because it was just too fishy!
Likely, I will talk to Monica when she gets off too! Today was an excellent start to the new month though, so I am not complaining!

Sounds like you have already had a productive and busy day! That $140 is a good start to the week! I hope your day continues to go well. Unfortunately, I have a Doctor's appointment that I have to go to at noon and then I can get back to completing and publishing my newest post.
I would like to get the new post published and indexed and a new pin created for it and I will start looking for a stockpile of keywords for more posts!

I have Medicare so I can go. It's a good thing because I have asthma and migraine headaches so I'm trying to keep those things under control.
I know you are too young for Medicare. At least you are healthy, so that's good.

Resilient is good. You seem to have a lot of energy to do a lot of different things, a lot more than I do!

I am sometimes and sometimes not. I published another post today. So I have done 2 posts in 2 days which is very good for me! I just need to keep up the pace of at least 3 per week, I should at least be able to do that.

Today was a little slower. Also, I am focusing on Pinterest today and tomorrow as I have meetings with Pinterest people to help me to improve my Pinterest. How was your day?
So I am using today and tomorrow for social media days. Then back to posting.

So far, the same things, but I am getting lots of rest, Barbara, so not too bad!

I am where ever I can. I clean up the dog doo every day but I am not going out until 7PM now because it is still even hot then but not as terrible as the middle of the day.

Unfortunately, I had to do it earlier today because the gardener came today. He only comes once a month, I really need more but can't afford it.

Lol, love that first cylinder pic. There’s no way that was turning With all those pins sticking out! Incorrect coding to the max. Nice work, I’m no pro but I’ve been there with a micrometer trying to find the correct pins a few times!
