Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

I must have stayed up too late! After reading Koda's post about LinkedIn, I joined that network, though right now, I doubt I'll have too much time to be an active participant there, but it does seem like a welcome resource!

You can read his post here: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/xoda/blog/affiliate-marketin...

Waking up a bit later, I managed to sleepily get my morning run through the Wealthy Affiliate Community done!

Kitty kept me on my toes on and off this morning! I guess she felt attention deprived last night! Hey, I can't help it if she lurked off to parts unknown in the eBay house, yesterday!

When I walked into the office first thing this morning she seemed to be keeping my chair warm!

Tig-Tig used to be the same way! Above is an archival photo of some of her "Cattish" antics!

I also managed to squeeze some more Wealthy Affiliate research in this morning before I embark on tackling the first locksmith job of this morning!

This is a key component to me having what I view as a productive day!

While I wait for the mail to be delivered and take care of a few other tasks here, I will soon be leaving to go do the locksmith job that I have to take care of this morning!

Meanwhile, the weather keeps getting even better today! Blue skies today, and a temperature in the mid-50s (Fahrenheit), which continues to rise, is good for motivating the soul!

Today is certainly shaping up to be a beautiful day! I worked around the eBay house some more, and then it was finally time for me to head to the job!

The drive over there was very pleasant! $133.00 later, it was time to head over to the locksmith shop house since they also gave me a huge jar of cut keys to boot!

I spent an hour straightening up over there and sorting through the keys they had given me! It was time well spent, believe me! Then it was time to run some errands!

We reached 65 degrees today, so not bad at all! I captured an image of the sun in the trees before I departed there!

The drive on the errands was also very nice! The blue sky was awesome!

When I finished there, I went back to the eBay house to work some more on the computer in the Wealthy Affiliate Community first, and then went downstairs to begin some more clean-up in the basement room! It is really progressing nicely!

Here is another archival photo of the Blog Dogs since Samantha has still not sent me any new pictures!

These were taken at about this time last year!

Finally, as I wrap up any outdoor activity before I work in the basement some more, I leave you with this evening shot of the Oak tree out back! Most of its leaves are gone now!

The rest of the night will alternate between basement clean-up, computer work, and yes, possibly even a bit of rest!

I HOPE THAT EVERYONE ELSE HERE HAS HAD A FABULOUS START TO FRISATSU! I CERTAINLY CANNOT COMPLAIN!

Excellent start for Frisatsu, Jeff - getting paid $$$.

Another thing - if your hire any more cats in the future to join your staff, make sure their number one skill set is keeping your chair warm. 😎🐶🐱🐶🐱

Isaiah 😊

It was the best hoped-for start to what will turn out to hopefully be a most excellent Frisatsu, Isaiah! 😎🐶🙀🐶

Chair-warming will be a top pre-requisite for future CaTidates for the job, my friend!😹

Enjoy your Frisatsu!

Jeff 😁

Sounds like a great start to Frisatsu for you my friend!

Wish I could say the same here!

Happy to hear about catching a morning job there and everything else you managed to accomplish throughout the day!

I wish you a successful Saturday portion Jeff!

😹🐫🐶🍺🍺🐶🐫😹🥗🥩

Thanks, Nick! I hope your Frisatsu has gotten back on track today, my friend, and that you are having a successful Saturday portion, my friend!

🐫🐫🐶🐶🐪😹🍺🍺🥩

Very welcome my friend!

Unfortunately for me, things don't look like getting back on track for a while!

Amid talk of new restrictions in these parts, a surprise visitor showed up yesterday (a surprise for me anyway)! And it doesn't look like she will be leaving again anytime soon!

Curveballs will start flying again, but hey.. I will try to make to best of a bad situation as always!

Enjoy your day Jeff!

🥩🥗😹🐫🐶🍺

I'm very sorry to hear about the knee-jerk reactions to a C19 variant that more than likely, by all accounts will be nothing more than a mild case of the flu, Nick! I hope it is not the PSIL that you are referring to having to deal with! That would be akin to the PSD being stuck at the eBay house! 😳😲🙀🙄

🐶🐶😹🐫🐪🍺🥩

Unfortunately Jeff, you are spot on with your analysis of who has arrived!

I'm sure that they had been planning it for a couple of days, but the first I heard of it was when she was two minutes from the front door!

I hope the PSD doesn't suddenly decide to move into the Ebay house with you my friend!🤣

🍺🐶🐫😹😹🐫🐶🍺🥩🥗

Wow, Nick! Talk about being blind-sided! Your wife and Monica should talk to each other! Monica is the queen of no communication and blind-siding, this is why I am at the eBay house! 😳😲🙀

I hope you survive, my friend!

🐫🐶🐪😹🐫🐶🍺🥩

I hear you there my friend, blind sided is a polite way to put things!

We will get through things Jeff, at the end of the day, what else can we do!!🤣

🥗🥩🍺🐶🐫😹🥂

You're so right about that, Nick! One day at a time, my friend! Try to make the best of the Saturday portion of Frisatsu then!

🥩🍺🐶🐶😹🐫🐪

I always make the best of every day I am given Jeffrey, right now that is an extremely early night for a Saturday.....

Catch up on a bit of Netflix and fall asleep with a 'ribeye' kebab in my arms!!

🤣🐫🥂😹🐶🍺🥩🥗😹🐶

It's all we can do sometimes, Nick! I KNEW that you must have slept with a Ribeye something or another! 🤣🤣

🐶🐫🍺😹🐪🍺🐶🐫🥩

And a very tasty 'ribeye' kebab it was too Jeff!🥩

🐶😹🥗🍺🐫🐫😹🐶

Haha, coming from you, Nick! I'll bet it was! 🥩 Perhaps it was your "security" ribeye in the face of the unexpected PSIL visit! 😳

😹🐪🐶🐶🐫🐫🍺🍺🥩

I have a lot of 'security' ribeyes in various places my friend!

But this was from my favourite little Turkish kebab house just down the road!

No shopping, no cooking and most importantly, no cleaning needed!!

The PSIL hasn't passed out yet for the evening, so I may go out to pick up another kebab for my night time snack very soon!🤣

Also, my 'grape juice' reserves have taken a bit of a hammering in the last couple of days, so a quick trip out to replenish stocks may also be on the cards (if only the freezing rain would stop for a bit)!

🍷🐫🍺🤣🐶😹

There seems to always be the weather impediment when we are replacing our stocks, Nick! Take care, and hopefully the PSIL will not be in the way too much!

🍺🐶🐫🐶🐫🐪😹🍺🍖🥩

You're not wrong there Jeffrey! But we did actually have a rare visit from the sun very briefly today!

Unfortunately the PSIL is always in the way, just need to ride out the latest storm, however long it lasts!

🍺🐫🤣😹🐶🐫😹🐶🍷

You know that I definitely feel your pain, right, Nick?

Hang in there! This too, shall pass!

🐫🍺🐶🐪😹🐶🍺🐫🥩🥩

I know that you do Jeff!

Hang in there yourself my friend, better days are ahead of us!🤣

🥩🐫🐶😹🍺🍷🥗🐫🐶😹

I'm fervently hoping that you are right, Nick!

🐫🐶🐪😹🍺🐫🐶🥩

When are my mystical powers ever wrong Jeff??🤔

Ok, on more than one occasion! But not this time!!🤣

🥩🐶🐫🍻🐫🐶😹😹

I definitely hope you are right, Nick! 🥶

🥩🐫🐶😼🐪🐫🐶🥩🍺

When am I not my friend!🤣

This too shall pass, maybe not our way, but the way it's planned to happen. Que Sera, Sera.
Neither situation is ideal, but acceptance always helped me when these things have happened to me.
"We cease fighting..." . Works for me.
Prayers for you, Nick and Jeff!
Let's make 2022 a game changer!
"Let's give them something to talk about!" LOL
Take care guys!
Sister B

That totally works for me, Sis! We will prevail!

Kitty and Tig-Tig and the poots sound like they they had a good day as well.

Yeah, it was warm here in Portland, OR, 🌞 sunny but a bit blustery little cold 52 F not as warm as was it was for you. Finally, my friend and I were able to ride our electric wheelchairs ♿️ ( ah too bad , it’s not a Harley, would love to have my chair as a Harley engine, go faster) to Safeway store.

We were able to buy hot dinner from the deli area. Food at our facility sucks! We got home, had a nice dinner together, homemade fresh hot food with Naan bread. Of course, we all are vaccinated, all of us got the third booster shot. In Oregon, 😷 required for indoor and outdoor activities. We did mask up. Everyone did.

Nice to be out. But those potholes did a number on my wheelchair shocks. They are working on getting both parts it won’t come until 2022, shipping crisis over here on the West Coast. 😡 Grrr. Good thing I took the photos of the potholes and gonna kvetch and kvetch to our local City Hall maintenance for roads on their FB page and Google Reviews.

Catching up here at WA. Have a great weekend!

The furry assistants sure seemed to do well, Brenda!

We made it up to 70, and the only thing nice about that is it felt like 70 since the winds were mild today!

I would love to see those chairs with Harley motors, but then you'd have to be really careful!

Nice to hear that you got good food to eat too! I can imagine it is a lot better!

I hope that supply "crisis" wraps up soon! If the government would get out of the way, that would be done in pretty short order! I hope you get the shocks sooner rather than later!

Good on you, I'd be complaining too! We have a lot of potholes here too!

It sounds like, all in all, you had an excellent start to Frisatsu!

Take care!

Jeff

I can just see you guys tooling along on your "wheels" !
Sounds like quite a nice day, Brenda!
Enjoy the weather, while you can, and watch out for the potholes!!
Barb

I tried to find one with a Harley motor in images, but the have them to look like mini Harleys though! 🤔 I wonder if the suspension on those would hold up better against those potholes!

Definitely. I will send you PM photos of what the shocks look like on my electric heavy duty wheelies. Would love to have Harley shocks on my wheelies, the motor too. Love to go fast. My wheelies has up to four speed, my friend her Permaboil electric heavy duty chair has 7 speeds, better technology than mine, hers is newer. Shes been at me to get a new one. Mine is 6 years old.

Here could be your new one, Brenda!

Yeah thats more like it, awesome! Vrrroomzoom!

I thought you might like it--it just needs the Harley motor in it, Brenda!

Jeff

What a beautiful day, Jeff!
Thanks for sharing these great pics.
I was curious about the keys you were given. Are any of them the old type, say for cabinets and old doors?
I lost, or should I say, when a kid was at the house, my bookcase key disappeared. I had a hassle on it, so it looked kinda cool and wouldn't just slide under if dropped.
My sister sent me a bunch from her church drift store where she worked at the time, and I did manage to get on out of about 25, that worked, when I messed with it. I'm still looking for a better fitting one, as the bookcase is antique, with glass doors and my favorite piece.
Just wondering what you do with the ones you were given.
Fun picture of old of your blog puppies, ...right there with each other, as always.
TTFN
Sis!

It sure was, Barb! Very refreshing, indeed!

The keys are former keys used at the various properties that had been rekeyed! There was nothing special about them is that in many case, there were three or four cut the same which means I can re-purpose them for other jobs--most likely, they'll be used for repo houses and the like!

They are just normal residential keys.

I miss seeing the Blog Dogs, but I have many pictures of them, which sadly, will have to do right now!

I hope you had a better day today, Sis!

Enjoy your Frisatsu!

Brudda

I'm feeling better, physically, Bro.
Sending you a PM...
Sis

I'm glad to hear that, Sis! I'll look for it!

Brudda

I can't believe this difference! Your day today is like our summer days. Here's it's Alaska time, with a foot of snow on the ground.
Beautiful day, though, today, and no new snow! Hallelujah!

Jeff, how will you handle shipping charges on your store? I'm still trying to figure that out. I did learn one interesting thing at the P.O. today. You can use an air priority flat rate mailer which will cost $9.20 no matter where in the U.S. you send it. Not all foreign countries use the priority flat rate mailer. I think I'll research and limit myself to those. It's more than $9.20, but a lot cheaper than standard shipping.

Fran

Hey, Fran!
I have some old boxes, for rings and things that I'll send to you as well. Bigger box, perhaps, but they are just sitting in a drawer. I also have whole box, of boxes, that I'll check this weekend to, somewhere in my garage.
Are you interested? If not, I'll just send the jewelry:)
Glad you got out, and didn't get another dumping of snow.
Barb

That's a very kind offer from you, Barb!

Very nice, indeed!

Jeff

I can't believe it either, Fran! I suspect that we'll have snow here eventually, although I wouldn't mind at all if we didn't! 🥶

Woocommerce has a plugin attached to it that handles shipping to include printing labels! I haven't studied it in depth since I've been busy cleaning the basement! I have managed to locate and consolidate more items for my site though!

I stumbled across your post about this, and if you Google Woocommerce shipping, there is a host of information there, and I also suspect there are YT videos too which will walk you through!

That postal rate for you sounds very good, indeed! I'll likely be shipping to the States only in my inaugural year of doing business when the site is finally up! I'm a lot slower getting things together! You will likely be the trailblazer here!

Have a wonderful evening and rest of your Frisatsu!

Jeff

Fran is laser focused on her one thing, whereas you have plenty of categories, so she should get her's up quicker, Bro. Slowly but surely, you'll get there:)
S B

I'm thinking I might start with just the U.S. also. Simpler.

I don't know that I want to use Woocommerce shipping. We shall see.

It's been a frustrating day today! Hope tomorrow is better.

The boxes I am not sure I need. Using bubble wrap mailers for starters. However, boxes about 4 x 6 might be handy for when I start shipping internationally. You could just start by sending the jewelry.

I've looked it over, and it seems straightforward enough, Fran! It is always a bit nerve-wracking when we must do everything that we are used to having eBay do for us! You are right, we shall see!

I'm sure you will do what you feel is the best for you, though!

Tomorrow will be better, Fran, I am sure!

Jeff🙏

Okay! I can do that!
B
