Fantastic Frank Friday!
Hello everyone in Wealthy Affiliate!
After some morning computer work and research concerning domain values and the processes involved with the selling of domains, it was time for me to leave and pick up Frank when he called.
When I arrived at his house he was ready to go. He wanted to go check out things at the salvage yard.
We made a couple of stops before finally arriving at the salvage yard to investigate how Tommy was doing with the ongoing roof repairs.
The rafters were all fastened tight and some decking had been screwed down and more panels were leaning inside.
His tractor, which had blown a hose had been repaired and Tommy had even fashioned makeshift forks for the bucket. This made the tractor a lot more versatile than before. Frank will get a lot of use out of it--more than before!
I left him down there with Tommy once he arrived so that I could go take care of some business. I did an estimate and also landed a job on Monday morning. The weather was spectacular, with temperature capping out in the mid 70s!
Around 2:30pm, Frank called and asked if I could come down to the yard! He and Tommy were burning debris and he wanted me to pick up and bring down some beer. Who was I to argue? I found a stopping point in what I was doing--Wealthy Affiliate work and a little more domain research--and went and did as he asked!
The following image is of Frank after the 2 hours I spent down there with him and Tommy.
About an hour after this photo was taken, I left and went home and he and Tommy stayed down at the yard doing more burning. There will be a lot of that as Fall steadily approaches.
I had some other things to take care of--Jay's Webinar, eating dinner, and waiting for Frank to call for a ride home. Around 8:00pm, Tommy called to inform me that he was taking Frank home!
All in all, it was a Fantastic Friday!

Jeff, it sure sounded like a terrific Friday indeed, hope your entire weekend turns out that way. After those beers, I am surprised they didn't burn down the entire salvage yard. Frank sure looked very mellow LOL. How is Monica's arm doing now, hope it's much better. Well glad tidings for you and yours and the weekend.

It was one better than most, Joe! They are pretty careful when burning down there. When I owned it, we would burn down there very fall! Frank WAS mellow, and perhaps buzzing a little. I have a couple of videos that I'll upload on my YT channel probably tomorrow! Monica still has aches and pains, but I guess how she feel might be as good as it gets, although she is still in therapy!

It was still there when I left, so, I'm not real sure. More than likely, Tommy took it home when his wife picked them up!

Frank looks like those beers made him pretty mellow. Beer and fire....hmmm, good combo???
Sounds like you got a lot done.
He just relaxes and drinks while Tommy and I tend to the fire, Debbi!
