Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

This might be a nit of a short post! It has been a long day, and the weather has run the spectrum: rain, clouds, sun, humidity, and heat!

I had only one small job, but the day has been spent getting the van that Frank gave me on the road!

The title image reflects me picking up Frank this morning so that he could hang with me a little before it got too hot!

Here is a picture of the 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 van that he gave me!

Here is another one. We worked on installing new wiper blades, the battery we purchased yesterday, and a few other maintenance issues.

Finally, after the clouds dissipated and the sun came out, I took him home since it had gotten a bit unpleasant outside!

When Tommy Williams got to his shop and found the van sitting there, he gave me a call and we had a beer, and then he provided an air hose for me to air up the tires.

Then, it was all done and ready for me to drive away! It even has the temporary tag in the window! It is a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Cargo / Contractor van.

Make no mistake, in the wee hours of the morning, I was working within the Wealthy Affiliate Community, as well as off and one via cell phone throughout the day!

There are always "knowledge" treasures to be found, and today was certainly no different!

When I stopped by the house to make sure my "furry assistants" were cared for, I saw that Tig-Tig was busy sunning herself in the window!

I guess she likes that! (She apparently does not miss me at all!)

The Blog Dogs were let out too, but they were quick to want back inside. At that point in the day, the sun was heating things up!

I know when Monica got off work, she went to pick up Samantha from the church. Her 14th birthday was Tuesday, so I am sure that we will have a small celebration for her!

Anyway, the drive back over to pick up the van was beautiful! One cannot ask for anything more!

I am tired, I'll admit it, but I still have an eBay order to locate and package, but at least I have 3-4 days to do it!

I will also be on and off the computer for most of the day too!

I'll be working on the van on the inside tomorrow again, weather permitting! I got a little done this evening as well!

There are some seats that were installed that I am removing and a few other things that I am re-doing to my liking, as well!

It is a lot of work, but that is okay with me!

It has been a very good start to this Frisatsu for me!

I HOPE THAT EVERYONE ELSE IS ENJOYING THEIR FRISATSU AS WELL!

NOW ON TO THE SATURDAY PORTION OF IT!

Good morning Jeff,

I hope you're doing well.

Congratulations on your new van! To be perfectly frank, Frank sounds like a good man and a great friend! How good to know someone like Frank.

I really hope that you're van brings business a good boost. It looks like the van is partially fitted out, which is really useful for tools and spare parts et cetera.

Have a great Sunday Jeff.

Roy

It is, Roy! It was very kind of Frank to do that! We saved it from the scrappers!

I hope you are having an excellent day!

Jeff

That's good news, Jeff! I don't like to dispose of anything that works, sometimes in this day and age, it seems too easy to scrap good products! I appreciate there is a balance!

Traditionally I have always had new or ex-demonstrater vehicles, except for the last 12 years! I have an old Skoda Octavia estate, it's literally worth nothing! However, with 275,000 miles on the clock, it pulls quite a heavy trailer with the stump grinder and carries on working! The scrap value is about £275, however, the value to me is many times more!

It's a fine line between keeping something new or old and keeping it going! I still don't know what is the cheapest way, there is for and against for both ways!

I hope your day is going well.

Roy

Thanks, Roy! Since I will use this van only in town, it will be quite helpful to me!

Jeff

That sounds good Jeff, well done!

Have a great Monday.

Roy

I was very blessed, Roy!

Enjoy your new week!

Jeff

Nice looking Dodge you have acquired there Jeff!

Looks like it could do with a bit of work on the inside, but as long as it's mechanically sound and does what you need it to, then what a bargain!

I hope the temperatures are behaving themselves there and your Saturday portion of Frisatsu is a fantastic one my friend!
