When those times come that we feel overwhelmed by many things bombarding us all at once that many of us have no knowledge about or understand here at Wealthy Affiliate--we can start to panic and get that "deer in the Headlights" look about us. We tend to stray from the excellent training here and start looking everywhere but where we need to for the answers we are desperately searching for. The more we stray from the training and deeper down into the rabbit hole while searching for an answer to a particular problem, we can become fearful and start feeling down.

It's a lousy feeling to be sure.

When that happens, we might start to despair, and begin to feel withdrawn, while wasting a lot of time trying to desperately find the answers to the problems we are experiencing ourselves, rather than ask for help. This can lead to us eventually finding our former progress at a standstill, or ourselves in unfamiliar territory. We might even feel embarrassed. In the worst case scenarios, this may cause many to want to give up and quit!

At times like this when we seem to be at our lowest point and feel like pulling our hair out, we need to reach deep within and take a deep breath to relax the tenseness and take a step back and try to gain some perspective, possibly refocusing on the positive aspects that are all around us a part of this amazing platform that was created by Kyle and Carson.

All the tools and educational resources to further us along through our problem every time we have a backwards moment are here. Furthermore, we must not forget that in addition to all this, we are surrounded by a large, diverse, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful community of like-minded individuals who have the same goals and have experienced many of the same problems that we might be experiencing when we are feeling down-and-out.

There are the WA Blog posts, live chat, and a handy search bar at the top of page where we can either write about whatever problem or negative thoughts we might be feeling, or various classrooms where we might also find the answers. Many knowledgeable members from all around the world--someone always online 24/7 it seems--who will freely offer loads of help to anyone who asks. These wonderful people and fantastic resources at our fingertips will get us back on our way to being upbeat and happy, and they will put a smile on our face again!

In the balance of things, the scales are tipped in our favors. The hardest thing is to follow and follow through.

There are those times when we are all in the same boat. It is. good to share the journey with some motivated and like minded folks.

Food for thought, Jeff thick thick thank you.

Alex

Great food for thought, Alex. Joe just wrote a post about faith. We must have faith that we can follow through!

Thank you, Wanda! Our dogs can certainly keep us on our toes! Positivity is certainly one of the main keys to success here! Best success to you in 2020!

Cute dogs, were they yours?

Yes Brenda--the pups are now 6 mos. old, and the old girl is around 70 in dog years!

Jeff

BTW--The boy pup (Larger one) is named Shadow and the girl is Star. The old weimareiner is named Abigail, and goes by Abby!

Are those your dogs, Tom? They're cute and disciplined! Thanks for sharing!

Jeff

Yes, they were our breeding Champion show dogs.

While there was food around they would sit and beg.

Molly would sit like that for 20 minutes until all the food was gone.

The photo was taken by a show photographer at a big dog show during a lunch break.

Pretty awesome!

Thank you for this post, Jeff. It sums up my day today. I almost felt like I was a grumpy queen while trying to find solutions to my problems and to make matters worse, I got a disapprove in comment section for the first time. I didn't take it to heart though.
In a nutshell, it wasn't a good day for me and a post like this one makes me feel better.
Thank you!

I'm sorry that your day wasn't the best, but am glad that the post lifted you a little! Here's to BETTER days ahead, Sipheni!

Jeff

Sure, thank you :)

Have a GREAT weekend, Sipheni!
