A Very Fast-Moving Friday Frisatsu Encompassing Locksmith Work & Wealthy Affiliate!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
Whew! Today moved like the speed of light--where does the time go?
I was up and at it by 5:30 am, since Monica had to take her daughter to a doctor's appointment for her allergies in the neighboring town!
I began my Wealthy Affiliate foray earlier than usual. Tig-Tig did not look that enthused having been rudely awakened from her "cat" nap!
Oh well, she will get over it since she likely sleeps most of the days away anyway!
The Blog Dogs were also a bit involved in the morning as well. Shadow was up to his usual antics at the door to the bedroom, waiting to see if Tig-Tig was going to come out and "play".
His sister, Star just observed from the kitchen!
There is never a dull moment with the furry assistants, just like there is never a dull moment within Wealthy Affiliate!
My Wealthy Affiliate activities were cut short throughout the day by a couple of locksmith jobs in the afternoon.
One was replacing a doorknob and the other one was unlocking a car.
In between those two jobs, I was busy at the fifteenth street locksmith shop, doing a little organizing, along with making a list of things that I need to purchase for the business in the next few months.
I also worked some more on a 1996 Jeep Cherokee that I will be using on certain lockout jobs after hours.
There are a few minor repairs to make, and then it will be ready for auxiliary service and, in a pinch, as a backup to my two regular service trucks!
As you can see the weather was a lot better than was originally forecast!
When I got all the work done that I had planned to do, it was time to go back to the eBay house and finish some more tasks in eBay, and also read some more Wealthy Affiliate Blog Posts!
The sunset was beautiful as I headed back to the eBay house.
I also watched Jay's newest webinar at 7:00 pm CST entitled CORE METRICS OF RANKING A LOCAL BUSINESS WEBSITE.This will be something that will come in handy for me when I revive my locksmith business website. Isn't the training wonderful here in Wealthy Affiliate?
I'm learning about Google My Business, which will come in handy and might even help me alleviate some nonessential advertising expense. (I'm not that thrilled with the last couple of years' advertising offerings.) It was a worthwhile training session.
It is just another of the many components of Wealthy Affiliate that make this platform THE place to be for many different reasons all having to do with online business!

Time does indeed fly when you are busy Jeff. Its the little jobs that add up to a business ticking over and such a nice day to be outside going by the photos.
Nice Jeep, I’ve got vehicles in storage in different parts of the country that I haven’t seen since early December. I just hope they start when the population are eventually allowed to travel, its not exactly essential that I fire them up but it would be nice.

Frisatsu again. Wonder if it will ever become a website. It sure is popular around here.

Thank you! Had a great day cleaning an area outside to put another large plastic shelf out there.

Oh what a BEAUTIFUL , beautiful day! Sunny and almost no wind!
I call the little birds to eat, and shoo away the stinking quail, because they attack all of the other birds. They are gang fighters, They know I don't like them, and I tell them to get out of the yard, which they usually do.
Occasionally, there'll be a dumby one who squawks and gives it's quail self away, and I continue my rant against quail.
And you wonder how did the ranting start against quail? Yes, well if 40 of them swarmed the yard, and ate everything, that might do it.
I like the cactus wrens, wild canary, hummingbirds, because they have some "bird sense," I call and they come.
Hummingbird can memorize 300 food targets.
When it's too cold they hang upside down in a state of "torpor" to reduce metabolism.
When it warms up enough for them to function, they come out to eat.
They told me "what for" when I used Turbinado sugar, that they did not like it! But also that they depended on me not missing or messing "their" sugar supply.
When they are happy, they sometimes dive bomb so close they swoosh my hair!
So nice enjoyment of a pretty day. It felt like spring today,

Enjoyed your post as always Jeff and Boy do you have beautiful wood floors. Your days remind me of those cartoons with Wiley Coyote and the Road Runner a whole lot of beeb Beeb and whoosh with a lot of dust left behind LOL. Agree. This week has seemed like it was a couple hours long!!!! It seems like the older I get, the quicker the time goes. Yet I look at my MIL and time seems to have slowed down. I wonder at what age, it slows to normal vs warp speed. In my mind, I kinda think she always operated at snail speed though. I've never seen her rush unlike me. lol
