A Surprisingly Cooler Sunday Brings a Day of Relaxation!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
Though it got hot in the afternoon (low 90s), it was still cooler than Saturday!
I am still physically exhausted from mowing three lawns yesterday!
The eBay house before (above) and the eBay house after!
I also did the limestone warehouse property, and the yard in front of the 15th street locksmith shop house on Saturday!
I started my "day off" catching up on answering Wealthy Affiliate emails. I did a few chores around the house, and eventually left to go get my motorcycle which I haven't ridden for at least a couple of weeks!
It is kept in a garage at the eBay house. I rode around and then back over to the house. I went inside and did some more Wealthy Affiliate community email surfing before deciding to watch a movie and enjoy the AC.
This is the Blog Dog section of the yard! (at around 3:00pm.)
They didn't go out very much because of the heat. It was only in the low nineties today, so a bit of a relief from the 100degree weather we have been experiencing.
The step-daughter's garden is still flourishing though.
I took a nap. Monica came home from work and we prepared dinner, watched a little TV, and then went out onto the deck to watch the clouds coming in.
The thunderstorms promised for after midnight arrived a few hours early! The noticeable drop in temperature was a welcome relief, indeed!
We sat outside when the storm finally rolled in before finally retiring to the bedroom for the evening, whereupon I started working on more email clearing and also uploaded a video on my YouTube channel.
HOPEFULLY WE WILL ALL HAVE A GREAT NEW WORK WEEK! I CAN'T WAIT!

Wow, and you got them lawns sorted in that heat. Amazing. I used to love cutting lawns when I was a kid with my Dad's petrol lawn mower, it was the only practical thing around the house I was any good at! Yet my Dad could achieve anything with just a brick hammer! Have a great week Jeff, Phil

It sounds like you had a very constructive day. Your lawns look very green Jeff, so despite the hot weather you obviously have rain or you irrigate your lawns? What type of lawnmower do you use to cut your grass, please, I have an interest in garden and agricultural machinery?
That motorbike looks a fine piece of engineering, what type of bike is it Jeff?
My apologies for the questions, curiosity has got the better of me!

No apologies necessary, Roy! We get rain usually in the dead of night about every week to 2 weeks. I use a Crafts man self propelled push mower to mow the yards.
The motorcycle is one of four that I own--it is the newest and my second favorite--a 2015 Harley Davidson XGS750. I also have two 2003 Yamaha V-Stars. One is 1100cc and has a trike kit on it, and the other is a sleek custom 650cc, that I cobbled together out of a lot of spare parts. I also have a 1973 Honda 360 which is a project bike!

I don't think we have Craftsman mowers here in the UK, it always fascinates me, with all the different machinery available. When I had my landscaping business I tried many different types of mowers over the years. My favourites being the American Ferris zero turns, these are well built machines I had walked behind models and a ride on with a Caterpillar diesel engine!
It's great you have an interest in motorcycles Jeff, it's great to have hobbies and interests. I don't know that much about motorbikes, but I can appreciate the engineering that goes into them. A 1100 cc bike is a pretty powerful machine, the trike kit looks like quite good fun. Please take care on those motorbikes, I guess your roads are probably quieter on our roads.

Thanks, Roy! Not necessarily--the second month after I bought the Harley, a Lady turned right into me at an intersection and then fled the scene!

I'm sure that if you know how to ride a motorbike it must be huge amounts of fun. We have a lot of motorcyclists ride through the village as apparently it's known for the multiple hairpin bends which is probably great fun for a motorcyclist.
Sadly a lot of people complain in the village about motorcyclists. However, I look at it that they have been working hard all week and are entitled to come out to the countryside and enjoy themselves for a bit!

I am in china and man its damn hot too by 10am its hitting the 35 degrees levels
humidity is also a difficult one
so if your not Chilling in the Building with aircon then your a fried Duck!!

All is good here recovery of the norm is pretty much done here.
Cant wait for cooler days though especially evenings, cant live on air conditioning all day and night hits the bidy system after awhile
