What we want is success
We want to be successful.
We would like are business to blossum into some big.
The extra money to do what we want to with it
The time to spend with our families instead of working.
The debt we have to go away.
The extra weight we have to drop off and never come back.
Choices we make
We decide to wait and start later on a blog post after we completed a training session.
We spend money without knowing where it all goes.
We eat the pie, cookies, a bag chips because we are hungry and they tasted good.
We set a goal, say we will wait until the situation is right, or when everything comes together.
I heard this analogy that pertains to our direction in life : A man on the side of the road saw a person riding a horse. He asked the man as he rode by, "where are you going?" The man replied, "I don't know, ask the horse".
Refocus and change
The choices we make can ruin the success we want.
How about refocusing on what we are doing every day to make the success we desire to happen.
One way: Track what we do. Pen and paper. Write out things we accomplished every day to achieve our goal.
I hear the groans. You read this all to hear some me say, just track it?
Yes, if we track what we do every day every week to accomplish the goal we set, every day, it will become clearer if we are achieving what we set out to do.
To achieve what you want to achieve, sometimes it is the simple things we do to stay on track for the goals and success we desire.
It also creates a habit.
It creates a mindset of what we are doing to achieve the goal we set forth.
It helps the choices we make become easier, do I stop write the blog post or put it off.
It holds you accountable.
It gives you a belief you can achieve it.
You have to have a measurable to see if you are improving.
Goals can be set, but how would you know if you are trending in the right direction or accomplishing what you set for your goal?
Yes, it is a simple thing to do. Track your daily progress.
This is a challenge we should make if we want to achieve our goals and dreams.
