Is it within WA on your Profile or within your wordpress?

If you're referring to your WA username, click on your Profile pic and click on account settings. You'll see your current name and the edit button to change it. Hope this helps.

I am trying to submit/publish my first blog post but unable? What's my problem?
If you mean publishing a blog within WA platform, you need to add tags at the end before you can publish.
