a WP login error and redirect pop up when i try to log into my site through siterubix
try to sign her up and it says she already has a account, so we try to access her account it says account not found? HELP!!!!!!
Yo Jeff...you get this situation taken care of yet? Maybe she could start or open another account w/another username...but that same email might be a problem, unless she dosen't mind having 2 email addresses (I have about 3 different email addresses).
How about this jeff...I don't know all the details but if you are able to communicate w/her, have her go back to the login in page & click on "FORGOT PASSWORD". The follow through procedure should definately get her in...after she changes her password!!!
You may to contact Kyle for his help, if you haven't solved the issue . Hope this helps God Bless

Fill in instructions on what you need them to do...
& PRAY THEY GET IT!!!
