The Fearless Networker

Activity Tracker

I developed a tracking system for myself to make sure that I was doing

the right activities at the levels necessary for achieving success in

network marketing.

The purpose of this tracker is to do just that…TRACK your activities!

It’s very easy to use, doesn’t take any extra time or work, but can have

a powerful impact on your business.

It’s designed to give you FEEDBACK so you know exactly what you’re doing or not doing in this business…and get you back on track if necessary.

Feel Free to reach out to me if you like the way i'm thinking i'm looking for my 5 To Be Around With In The Future.

Jedediah D. Bennett

Here are the activities that you track each week:

Number of Outgoing Calls or Contacts

Each time you initiate a conversation with an individual with the intent

of talking to that person about your business, you give yourself a point.

You will be keeping a simple tally of the number of times you make a

call or initiate someone in a conversation with the intent of talking to

them about your product or business.

Whether you call them, see them, meet them, or initiate a personal

contact via Social Media…you count it.

Broadcast emails or email blasts don’t count. Any time that you

personally reach out to someone with the intent of talking to them

about your business, you count it.

Note: Any time you make an outgoing call or contact to a person

about your business, whether it’s your first call or follow up call, you

count it. In some cases…you’ll put a tally mark in both the Outgoing

Calls or Contacts column as well as the Follow Up column if you call was

to follow up with a person.

This column shows you what your gross or total business activity is in

prospecting for your business.

Number of Messages you Leave

Every time you make a call and don’t catch that person live, but end up

leaving them a message, you tally it. Make it a HABIT of leaving

messages for people when you call them, rather than simply hanging

up. Every time, without exception that I call someone and miss them, I

leave a message. Make it HABIT.

Number of Presentations

Every time you present your business or product to someone, whether

it is live and in person, or any other way, you tally it. That means that if

a person watches your video, listens to your business opportunity

presentation, attends a webinar…or anything else where your business

is presented, you tally it.

You only put a mark in this box when an individual has seen or heard a

presentation about your business. If they “said” they’d watch

something, but then didn’t, it doesn’t count. You are keeping tabs on

exactly how many times someone is actually seeing or hearing

information about your business.

This is for personal contacts only. If you give a presentation in front of

a room of 50 people, it isn’t counted as 50 presentations. If five people

in the room were your personal contacts, then you would have

presented to five people for tracking purposes.

Number of Follow up Calls

Each time you get back in touch with someone to take the prospecting

process a step further, you tally it.

Follow up is crucial to your success

in this business, and it’s important to know how on top of your follow

up game you are. Each time you call a person back with the intent of

taking them further through the process, you tally it.

Number of New Reps or Customers

Every time you personally sign up a new rep or customer into your

business, you tally it. You are tracking your personal activities here,

not for your entire team. So…if YOU sign someone up as a customer

or distributor, you give yourself a point.

Personal Development

For sure, one of the biggest factors in your success is how competent

you are in what you’re doing.

Getting better, refining your skills and

acquiring more knowledge, should be a daily part of your routine.

Every day that you invest at least 30-minutes or more in personal

development, you will put a checkmark in that box for the

corresponding day.

Number of Days you Exercise and Move your Body

In order for you to operate at your highest level, you need the energy

to do it.

Being out of shape, tired and lethargic isn’t at all conducive to

high productivity. So, each day that you move your body and exercise

for at least 30-minutes, you put a checkmark in that box.

It is critically important for you to track your activity on a daily basis,

because it provides you immediate feedback on your activity level as it

relates to building your business and becoming successful.

Regardless of how much or how little, track your activity!

The constant reflection and feedback is a powerful motivator that

helps you know when change must be made.

Thanks for reading and learning with me i hope this helps as it has helped me please share this with close friends only and remeber me if you do.

Awesome tips Jed. Thank You for sharing these tips for a business, and thank you also for the follow. I will follow you back. Wishing you also every success for the future.

Cheers,

Is very good to track your activities I used them too, mostly in journal and a tracking apps call toggle. Is sure great to see where you time was spend wisely through out the whole day. You can analyse what are the thing that you take more (overdo.) time or take less time. 😊💪😁👋👍

It's always good to keep records of activity, then you can look at what succeeds and what doesn't. You are really doing what offline sales people do but adjusting it to suit online created business.

I always used to add when I should contact them next and what my objective would be if it fell short of being business on that occasion.

Thanks, Best wishes, Rob

I am a counselor working in the office of mental health. My main mission is to prepare individuals for an independent life once they leave our care. This often means giving them a plan that involves goals, objectives, and a timeline. Thus, I can very much relate to what you're doing because progress has to be tracked on a daily and weekly basis. Thanks for sharing.

I use something similar with target point levels generally anticipated a targeted level of success. what company are you with?

Great then this all makes sense glad you liked it. And I'm with an oil company Called MyDaily Choice!
