In Lesson 7 while inserting in the "Privacy Notice " I tapped "Post" instead of "Page"; What is the correct way to fix this problem?
I did the same thing. I just deleted the post and created a new privacy page. Just a few pastes and it was good practice for me. Learning my way around!
or you can copy the text from the post, create a new page and paste the info.
Then delete the post.

Copy from the Text tab of the Post and paste into the Text tab of a new page. Publish the page and trash the post.

I HIT "POST" INSTEAD OF "PAGE" WHILE GOING THRU LESSON 7 "ATTACHING A PRIVACY STATEMENT".
What Josh suggested should be fine for this case. But as an alternative in future, use pTypeConverter plugin, do the job and disable plugin after that. Easy job.
