Work Hard but Enjoy the Outdoors
Hi Friends & Cyber Family.
I know you are all working hard like busy bees; so I will make this short. We need to all work hard to get content on our websites, post on social media for traffic, and read and write posts and comments on the WA site. All the while trying to work on lessons to learn more. I know you are all doing that; but are you taking breaks to enjoy the outdoors? Take time to smell the flowers!
Taking breaks (especially outdoors) can refresh us and bring us back to our computers with renewed energy. Be sure to sneak in a little exercise, too. Our bodies do not like us to subject them to hours and hours of sitting in front of a computer. So bless them and refresh them with some fresh air and sunshine.
Has this blog convinced you that outdoor breaks are good for body, mind and soul?

Me too Irv; but also glad I can come in to the air conditioning. Lol. :) Thanks for reading and replying.
You better believe it !
Heading out Thursday for Montana and then the Black Hills. With any luck, there won't be an internet connection and I can fully recharge the batteries.
Thanks. Good post.

Yes. Sometimes to hot in the summer and sometimes too cold in the winter; but it's all good. Thanks for commenting Mike.
Hi Jean,
Where you been hiding ??
It is supposed to get to 34 deg in London tomorrow, too hot for me. Glad I live in the North of the UK. Lol !!!

Hi John.
Trying to spend what time I have mostly on lessons and website. Have most notifications turned off. That's why my rank is climbing.
34 degrees is too hot? F or C? It was 94 degrees F here the other day and I was trying to mow my lawn. Yuck.
Good to talk to you. How are you?
Jeannie
I am ok, it was 34deg C. Today it is 35deg C a record for the UK.
All is well this side of the pond.
John
Hi Jeannie
Great article, I think it is really important to take breaks and enjoy the people that surround us in life. Whether that is going out for a coffee or walking the dogs with my girlfriend.
Thanks
Mark

I get outside as many times as I can during the day! Thank you for this (my scenery is not usually as beautiful as these images, tho....)
That's great Mickey. The photos on this blog are courtesy of Pixabay; but they are beautiful. Thanks for commenting
