can i get a refund?
Hey! ANYONE??? This is really f-d up. I want a refund!! I have been a member for 3 years, and just had my card charged again AND I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW.
I've emailed Carson multiple times with this request. I've emailed Kyle a number of times requesting a refund.
Can ANYONE help me? Is this how you treat your members after 3 years? This SUCKS!!
It is necessary to manually cancel your subscription as Apache has pointed out. I am sorry that this has been difficult for you.
My Paypal account was automatically charged $299 which I was not prepared for. I will admit I had forgotten to remove my bank card so I am not blaming WA for the charge. However, that is no reason to not provide a person with a reasonable way to get a refund when a refund is requested within minutes of the charge going through. I sill have not heard back from the support email address. I even opened up a support ticket knowing that those support people would know who to contact for me. SILENCE! Meanwhile, it caused an overdraft in an account that I don't use but need to pay the bank $337 now so I am trying to get a refund to resolve this. Who want to do business with anyone who will not give you a refund when requested? An IDIOT! That's who. Surely, someone in this shady operation knows how to get a refund. Please let me know. Ohhhh, I am not interested in watching a video about how to cancel my account. That is not what I want to do. I just want a refund and that will automatically cancel my account until I am ready to return to this marxist organization. Thanks.

you normally do get an email about a week before the money is gonig to go out but not everybody reads it.

you will need ot cancel your account under your account settings membership and halfway down is a cancel billing button - but make sure everything is sorted first or you might find it difficult to get back in.
Follow this link and it will show how to cancel the proper way. Emails, asking to cancel is not the way to go.

I was billed $49 which i did not prepared to pay for this month because their is no time for me to learn , want a re-fund so that i can pay when it will convenient for me not that i want to quit but WA does not make any provision for members to pay at their own time. This is why i want A REFUND of $49.
I would like to request a refund. I haven't used or participated.

Hello everyone , I was out of station from past 20 days and not been able to login my WA account and I was planning to continue after few months, but monthly amount has been automatically deducted on 15th from my bank account although I don't want to go for payment for this month ......any refund policy?.... Can anyone help me plz
Can I have my account cancelled and get a refund. I contacted support literally minutes after the transaction (even though I had cancelled it in pay pal). Just been fobbed off... told to make contact through WA, no response
I was tired and was looking for a domain to buy and I did but I just noticed I misspelled success can I get a refund and cancel the site or cancel and get a credit toward another domain?
Unfortunately there are no refunds for domain names on WA or anywhere else. ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) controls all domain names so once the domain is purchased by you, it cannot be purchased by anyone else hence they will not refund.
