Where can I get my info of when I will be charged and how to cancel etc?
If you would like to cancel this membership, you need to follow the steps below.
If you have any websites hosted here at WA, make sure you have backed them up and/or moved it to another host, before you cancel your membership.
Then click on your Profile Image (at the Top of the Left-Hand Side Menu) -> Account Settings -> then Scroll down to Subscription Settings -> Click on Membership and then on Stop Billing & Cancel Membership
WA will keep a backup for up to 60 days, so if you return within 60 days, they can restore your website from their backup. Otherwise, you will need to provide your own backup to restore from.
You can also find your Subscription Term, Amount and Payment Date, along with previous Invoices.
Thanks Chrystopher that was good information but don't worry, I do not want to cancel as I love this program so far. the information on building a website alone is worth every penny not to mention the benefits of the community.
You can manage your subscription via your account settings which is accessible by clicking your profile picture.

Account information to cancel and due dates?

Christopher covered that quite well. That being said I highly suggest you hang in there. I'm 82 years old and don't learn quickly. After the second week I Posted the words I QUIT and that night I thought about it and said to myself, you really didn't give this a chance.
I am now a Wealthy Affiliate just over four month and a Annual member and I am so very happy I stayed with it because it's paying off very nicely.
This is an opportunity that is not like any other you will find. Yes it takes work, remember there is no FREE Lunch but it will pay off for you big time. Think hard and long before you cancel.

I'm not trying to do anything that would do anything other than help you. There is a learning curve and we all go through it.
Whatever your decision I wish you much success. This is a great community and we are all here to help each other.
Have a wonderful day.
