I'm hoping in a year I will be starting to build an income that will support me when I retire in 4 years.

I believe you will be able to do it. Maybe you can retire in a year instead of 4. I am determined to be self-sufficient with WA in a year. We can do it.
Money is important, but I have to stay with my current job 4 more years to keep the health insurance into retirement. Otherwise, one year would definitely work for me!
