Can anyone recommend a video friendly or video specific wordpress theme that is available through WA?
You're not just restricted to themes through WA, you can pretty much install any theme. There are many specialist sites out there and I'd be surprised if there wasn't a site out there offering something suitable for you .

If I were to add an admin to a site, is there a plug in that would allow them to log in and add or change the site right from the home page of the site, without going through
you could try [sitename].com/wp-login.php (its how i get into WordPress and I don't use WA as my host)
I am not 100% sure on this since I've never hosted or bought a domain with WA. You can try asking in a question post. Just start typing in the box at the top and when a drop-down pops up look at the bottom and there will be a large text-box for you to type a question. This will post if for others to see as a new question.

Akismet went commercial lately, if you didn't pay anything, it might got rendered non-functional. So it is on your site but not doing much.
Disable Akismet and install/activate WPSpamshield. Akismet has never been good at getting rid of spam. WA now recommends you use WPSpamshield instead.

I've made a video, and I'm going to post it to my site, and youtube. How much text should accompany a video?
Hi there Jay, first of all the meat thank you. And this is a very good question put it this way you want to keep your users engaged and video does just that. People will look at a video and be engaged more reading a blog or article so the ratio would be 60/30 video being 60 an article being 30. 10 for image JPEG Please refer to my blog SE0 – is dead, this is pretty drawn out and and detailed I'm sure you will enjoy this. I would say the same as if you wouldn't have a video.
But that depends on the video.
On my site about archery, I talk about a product or topic, describe it, etc. and then give them a video where they can see the stuff I wrote about in action.
If the video and your text would be 100% the same, then it would bore the reader, of course.
But google can't watch your video.
So you need to give google enough content to rank your post.

Yes, on youtube just describe what is happening in the video using the same keywords/tags as you put in the tag section and the title of the video.
Tags on youtube are as important as keywords in your posts to rank higher in the youtube search.
