Thats great to hear, I actually have at least 2 posts drafted but not quite ready to post. It might have to wait until tomorrow now, I've taken some pain killers and my head is a bit groggy.

I've never hurt my back before, & now that I've lost a lot of weight hurting my back was the last thing I expected. I was literally doing up my boot laces to go for a walk & it went on me!

Mine goes out once in awhile tho it's been quite some time this time, but yeah just something simple like lacing up the boots can do it. Take it easy and hope it eases up soon. :)
