I couldn't get it to come up either. Try getting WA support to help you with this. Have a ticket written up to solve the problem.

A friend of mine signed up under me using the "affiliate link" that I got right from my profile but I have not gotten any notifications that he signed upand nothing is showing
This is the weekend so the WA system might be a wee bit slow.
