"I'm tired all of the time, I don't eat that much, and I want to be successful."

So... you're tired all of the time, you don't eat that much throughout the day, you desire to be successful with your online business, but you don't workout.....

You say to yourself "I have so much work to do, I don't have time to workout."

Maybe, just maybe, as your getting ready to head out the door to go get some lunch, you say to yourself "I should get something healthy....but i don't have time for that. I have to hustle and get back to work!"

We all make excuses, its just how it is sometimes! Even I make excuses!

But answer this question for me... Have you ever set out to achieve a goal that you knew once you achieved it, would set your life in a direction that made all other aspects of your life that much better? That would be awesome!!!

Well, let me tell you from personal experience, that health & fitness is that "goal" for me, and should be for you!!! Everything that you put INTO your body affects it, and everything you do "or don't do" WITH your body affects it as well!

I know our biggest problem is forming the habit to exercise, we start working out and then if we take even a day off it is hard to start back up again. any tips?

Yes! Something that has worked for myself and my clients is a "reward" system. It could be something small, like a piece of chocolate or a small bowl of ice cream that you must "earn" after setting an achievable goal like exercising 3 times this week.

In the beginning of my journey, trying to get to the gym 6 times a week seemed like a HUGE ordeal and i just was just setting myself up for failure. But, once i started to see the results i wanted , i was hooked!

So to answer your question, i would say 3 things...
1. Do it TOGETHER and hold each other accountable.
2. Reward yourself for a job well done!
3. Set achievable, sustainable goals that set you up for success in the LONG TERM, not the short term. and find ways to motivate yourself on a daily basis. Whether it is pictures, screensaver, the background of your phone, writing a motivational quote on the bathroom mirror with an expo marker, do whatever it takes!!
