Depression is a very scary word to think about. This is a very powerful problem that can cripple a person self-esteem in a matter of seconds. This affects how we wok physically and mentality

Many things we have in life can trigger depression. Losing a family member to the fact you haven't seen the sun in two day are just some examples that doesn't cover the whole spectrum of things.

The real truth about depression is it is not just a moment of weakness or even just feeling blue. It is something that needs to be treated for a long term.

Here are some symptoms of depression

*Feelings of hopelessness

*Angry outbursts

*loss of interest

*Reduced apatite

* self blame

these are some most common aspects to depression a person can experience.
Getting help is the best way known of getting rid of said depression. It takes a very heavy toll on a person when it comes up and I feel as though it should be addressed here at wealthy affiliate more often. I know how hard it can be when everything piles up all at once. Good evening, yes depression is a terrible thing to have. A very close friend of mine's which is a female was going heavy. I suggested for her to start using CBD oil and she did, and she's no longer having problems with it, as I have said over and over with medical and scientific evidence, the real CBD oil helps many many medical conditions. This is a great and very important post. I suffer from depression and it always get's more intense at this time of the year.

I wrote a blog on depression and the statics are scary. There still seems to be a stigma attached to it. There is nothing wrong to say you are depressed, it is the strong way to handle the situation.

Depression affects an estimated one in 15 adults (6.7%) in any given year. And one in six people (16.6%) will experience depression at some time in their life. Depression can strike at any time, but on average, first appears during the late teens to mid-20s. Women are more likely than men to experience depression. Some studies show that one-third of women will experience a major depressive episode in their lifetime.

What is sad is the stats are growing along with the suicide rates.

You are welcome. I have always felt that the mentality of our line of work is extremely important when doing business with ourselves/clients.

I suffer from depression constantly. The only thing that seems to help is to get plenty of sunshine. I work outside most of the day and this makes a big difference.jim

That was how I was when I ended up in the hospital. I couldn't do much for myself. But I began to work out and try to get some light when I could and that is what broght me here.
