BOTH WORDS GOAL AND OBJECTIVE COMMONLY ARE CONFUSED WITHEACH OTHER AND THAT IS BECAUSE BOTH DESCRIBE THINGS THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLEWANTS. SOMETIMES ATTAIN , OR ACHIEVE FOR EXAMPLE ,I WANT TO LOSE 10 POUNDS(OBJECTIVE ) MY GOAL IS LOSE 10 POUNDS IN 60 DAYS (GOAL) . IF YOU SEE ,BOTH AREDESIRED OUTCOMES OF WORK DONE BY A PERSON , BOTH TERMS IMPLY SPECIFIC TARGETAND THE DESIRED TO ACCOMPLISH .LETS ANALIZED BY DEFINITION : GOAL IS DEFINED AS THE PURPOSE TOWARD WHICH AN ENDEAVOR ISDIRECTED AND THE RES

I would like to start with a simply question ,do you have any long term plan or financial goals regardless this important matter ? What exactly are those things that motivate you? In my humble opinion has to be anything that gets you out of bed each morning and stay in your head all the time.Most of the people think that this is for retirement and don't need to worry now because still young .
